31: Daegu

"Do we really have to?" The younger tugs his bottom lip under his teeth as he inhales deeply, "It is not needed, is it?"

"Jungkook," Jimin slightly giggles, "You are the one who insisted on going to Daegu, Taehyung and I were going to back out. What is the problem now?" He asks.

"Problem?" Jungkook repeats, "What if he does not want to see me? What if he does not want to get near me at all? What if he just wanted to stay in touch with Hoseok and not me?" He endlessly speaks.

"Calm down dude," Taehyung joins the conversation, "We will find that out." He chuckles.

"Find that out?" Jungkook repeats Taehyung's words, "We are traveling from Seoul to Daegu, to find that out? Are you kidding me?" He nearly shouts.

Jimin busts a laugh at Jungkook's panicked state. Jimin looks at Taehyung and gestures for him to help the younger calm down.

Taehyung walks over to Jungkook and swings his right arm over his shoulder. "You need not to take so much stress bunny-boy," says he, "Everything will be just fine. Think about the positives of the situation; maybe Yoongi is going to be really excited to see you?"

"You're right, I am overthinking about this." Jungkook exhales. "I mean, how bad could it be? Just another bullet through the tissue." He fake-cries, keeping his hand on his chest where the heart is located.

Jimin can't help but laugh at how dramatic Jungkook is being at the moment. Jungkook's nervous state is doing nothing but provoking Jimin to go and squish the younger in a brotherly hug.

"How do you not have an Oscar yet?" Taehyung jokes, patting Jungkook's shoulder.

"Yeah yeah, joke all you want," tuts Jungkook, "You are not the one who has to do all the 'met you after so long' and 'it has been so much time since we had a conversation' talking."

Taehyung chuckles at Jungkook's statement. "I'm sorry, you will have to take on from here." He tells Jimin.

"So, you do not want to go to Daegu?" Jimin looks at Jungkook, one of his eyebrows raised.

Jungkook chugs down a glass water, pondering over Jimin's words. He wants to go to Daegu; but the only thing stopping him from traveling are the consequences. He can't help but think of the negative reactions.

"I don't know," Jungkook heaves a sigh, "Are you sure it'll be fine?" He bites his lower lip.

"Yes. I am confident." Jimin says.

"You know, you can still get me a dog instead," Jungkook proposes, "I don't really need to go to Daegu." He nervously chuckles.

"Okay how about I make you deal," Jimin crosses his arms over his chest, "If Yoongi does not give a good reaction after meeting you, then I'll buy you any dog and as many dogs as you want. But if he does give a good reaction, you will have to promise me you will still keep in touch with us." 

"Deal." The younger assures.

"Alright then," Taehyung pops in, "We will be going to Daegu!"

"You really had to choose the subway train?" Jungkook contorts his face irritation.

Jimin huffs for the nth time. "Shut that annoying mouth of yours."

"I am hungry." Jungkook says.

"We should have just let him be," Jimin whispers to Taehyung, "I blame myself for going to that damn psychiatry."

Taehyung laughs.

"Give me food!" Whines the younger.

"You are twenty years old, go and buy yourself something." Jimin rolls his eyes.

"You know what, I'll come along." Taehyung looks at Jungkook.

Taehyung walks over to a nearby shop as Jungkook follows, skipping along. When he reaches the food shop, a young girl greets him.

"What would you like to have?" She smiles politely.

"I'll have the sandwiches. Packs of two, are they?" Taehyung asks, pulling out his wallet from his back pocket.

"Packs of three," the girl says, "We sell the ones which will give you a better feast." She smiles.

"I'll have two packs then. How much will it be?" Asks Taehyung.

"2000 won." The girl says.

"Here you go," Taehyung hands over the money to the girl.

As Taehyung and Jungkook start walking back to where Jimin is waiting for them, Taehyung says, "You owe me 2000 won, bunny-boy."

He turns around to see Jungkook already taking large bites of his sandwich.

"I thought you treated me this one?" Jungkook says amidst a mouth full of food.

Taehyung swings his arm around the younger male's shoulder and walks over to the pink-haired Jimin.

The old, metal train halts with a screech when it stops at the subway station.

Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook get off the train and are instantly welcomed by a jostling crowd.

"Dang, this place is crowded." Taehyung comments.

They head out of the station and hop on into a taxi-cab after putting their luggage in the trunk of the car.

"Where to?" Asks the driver.

"Dong-hwi." Says Jimin.

The driver starts the vehicle. He steps on the gas pedal and the vehicle heads over to the place called ‘Dong-hwi’.

"This is how far I can go till," the driver stops at a point, "You will have to find some other source from here on." Says he.

"Thank you." Jimin pays for the fare and the three men get off.

"You ready Jungkook?" Asks Taehyung, looking at the younger male — who heaves a sigh.
