We walked to Mr. Frye's class Gabi was talking about something but I was too rapped up in my thoughts to listen. I really hope Emmett didn't tell him. Well in a second I will know.

Emmett's P.O.V. (Before he sees Raven crying)

Stupid Gabriel giving me the third degree, I should have just told him the truth that, that chick he was with saw me shift but then I would get in trouble for not being more careful. But how was I supposed to know that our neighbor decided to spy on us. Ugh but now what am I going to do with that girl, she seemed totally fine with Gabriel not the least bit jumpy and was even okay with closing her eyes and relaxing. Either this chick is the best actor ever or she's okay with it. But there's no way for me to be sure unless I talk with her.

I was running in my wolf form through the woods I was really far from any houses so I never expected to hear someone crying. I stopped running, trying to find out where it was coming from. It was coming from my right I started running towards it. I slow down and walk into a clearing, across the clearing I see a girl sitting in the fetal position crying. Who is she? What is she doing out here? Why is she crying? She didn't hear me so I ran back, shifted then changed into the pants I brought. I walked back to the clearing to see that the girl hadn't moved.

"Hello?" I said she looked up at me and I realized it was the chick Gabriel was with and the one that saw me shift, great. She whipped her eyes and stood up.

I expected her to run but instead she said "Hi your Emmett right?" Ok how the heck does she know my name?

"How do you know that?"

She smiled "well as you know I asked your brother Gabriel what his brothers are like and when he described Emmett I heard you growl at what he said about you. Hey quick question how did you find me again I thought I totally lost you but then when I was with Gabi and Gabriel I heard you come over." Ok there is no way she could have heard me growl or heard me walk over humans just don't have that good of hearing.

"Why are you out here at night?" I asked.

"I couldn't sleep so I decided to go for a run." She was lying but I let it go.

"Why were you crying?" I asked. when I asked that Her face change it was filled with sadness I looked into her eyes to see more sadness but under the sadness was brokenness and the look of knowing more then she wanted to.

"Because when I was running I found myself here where my parents really died. Everyone thinks they were running in the more wooded area when 1 wolf saw them and decided to attack them but I am the only one who knows the truth they were killed here by 5 wolves." she sounded like she was about to start crying again. Her eyes glazed over like she was seeing what happened.

I was about to speak when she snapped out of it and said "Sorry forget every thing I said" she turned to leave but stopped and said over her shoulder "Oh and could you not tell anyone in your family that I know you guys are werewolves or what ever you like to call yourselves especially don't tell Gabriel. I promise not to tell anyone like they would believe me anyway."

Then she left, she didn't have to ask I decided not to tell them right when I saw the brokenness in her eyes. If I told my family they would dig into her past then ask her about random painful thing to see if she could be trusted and I know her parents would be one of them. I just couldn't put her through that especially since Kayla told me that their parents died 6 years ago and that her oldest sister took it the hardest and it looks like she's still not over it. And I cant blame her sometimes the memorize of my parents hurt but thanks to that rouge with the silver hair their gone forever.

----Flash back---- (yes another one sorry)

4 and a half years ago

I was home watching TV on the couch in the living room when Uncle Ash came bursting through the back door with Damon in his arms. They were both covered in blood and Damon was unconscious. I jump up from the couch and ran to them.

"What happened?!" I yelled

"I'll explain later go get Gabriel and the first aide kit" I just stood there looking at Damon "NOW!" Uncle Ash snapped, I ran to the cupboard under kitchen sink and got the first aide kit ran back to Uncle Ash then ran upstairs. I burst into Gabriel's room.

"What are you doing get out" He yelled at me

"Uncle Ash needs you right now, Damon's hurt." I said back. He jumped up and was out the door and down the stairs in a second. I stood on the stairs and watched them rap gauze around Damon's head. Gabriel may be only 12 years old but he helped dad in the clinic ever day after school. They were all done with Damon when something dawned on me.

"Where are mom and dad?" I asked scared of the answer. Damon, Uncle Ash, mom and dad had all been out running together, if Damon and Uncle Ash were here where were mom and dad.

"They didn't make it." Uncle Ash said his voice was grave.

My insides went cold "W-what do you mean?" My voice was shaking I felt tears gathering in my eyes.

"They were killed by a group of rouges they were about to kill Damon too when I came. I grabbed him and ran here."

"Why? Why did they kill them?" Gabriel whispered.

"I don't know we'll ask Damon when he wakes up."

When Damon did wake up all he told us was that a silver haired man wanted their dads help finding some girl. What they wanted with the girl they never said, but dad said no and that made the silver haired man angry and he had the others kill our parents.

----End of flash back----

That night we packed and left our town and we've been moving from place to place ever since.
