Seokjin slowly opened his eyes. He just fell asleep earlier at the sofa while waiting for Jungkook to finish his company report. He let out a slight groan and gets up, before searching for Jungkook.
Its already six in the evening and after what happend earlier, the two of them acted normal. Seokjin found Jungkook at the balcony, smoking. His other hand tucked inside his pocket and him looking at the sun setting at the horizon.
His sillhoutte is sending butterflies down his abdomen. Jungkook is literally one of a kind and pretty much built different. Seokjin then stood up and walks towards him, at least he will watch the sunset together with him.
"Have you finished the report?" Seokjin asked walking towards him at the balcony.
Jungkook noticed him and tilts his head, before nodding at Seokjin. The younger didn't say much and stands beside him, also watching as the darkness took over.
"Hey Seokjin..." Jungkook called, his eyes still fixed on the horizon.
"What is it?" Seokjin replied.
"I just found out your birthday is on december." Jungkook said puffing a thick smoke.
"And what about it?" Seokjin raised his brows.
"Then can you spend my first snowfall with me?" Jungkook slowly turned to face Seokjin.
Ever since Jungkook was born, he have been kept inside the mansion during winter, mostly december. His hands somehow haven't feel snow without gloves or any thick clothing wear.
As the known successor, Jungkook is held warm and comfortable. He is jealous about the others, being able to play during snow while he stayed inside the mansion. If he can spend his first snowfall on Seokjin, then he can be sure if he's the soulmate.
Its merely a coincidence for him why he is being held inside or it can be fate. Either ways, when he found out about Seokjin's birthday, he concider Seokjin as a lucky person born on such a beautiful occassion.
As for Jungkook though, he is the first miracle on September, which is also the start of christmas months or 'ber' months in Spain. Its ironic for him how his month starts the christmas and Seokjin ends it.
"You have't had your first snowfall yet?" Seokjin asked, knitting his brows at Jungkook.
Jungkook chuckled and shake his head, he took his cigarette and crushed it, "Do I look like im kidding?" He said with a side smile.
"No no, its understandable for a person like you." Seokjin replied with a scoff.
"But alright then, I will join you." He continued.
Jungkook gazed at him before letting out a tipped smile, he then exhaled heavily and watched the sky. Same for Seokjin who smiled at him and looks at the horizon.
"Can I tell you something?" Seokjin spoke up.
"Hmm?" Jungkook hummed in response.
"I got promoted just a few minutes ago." Seokjin replied shortly.
Jungkook immadiately looked over him, his eyes slightly wide in surprise as Seokjin tilts his head to face Jungkook before winking at him. A laugh escaped Jungkook's mouth feeling happy for giving Seokjin what he deserved.
"Ahhh..." Seokjin streched out, "I can feel traveling around the world now~" he sings feeling the breeze.
"As you should." Jungkook grinned.
"I promise to follow you everywhere. Watch me." Seokjin said full in confidence pointing at Jungkook.
Jungkook stares at him for a second before chuckling, looking at Seokjin grinning wide. His eyes roams around Seokjin's features, and his heart starting to feel heavy, knowing it won't last long.
A person he can't forget...
'We met each other at a very strange time of my life.' He thought.
