THE fire of the candle placed on a side table wavered due to the light breeze coming from the open windows as the slow footsteps echoed throughout the dark hallway. The boy observed the dimly lit mansion as he made his way towards the living room. He quickly gave his surroundings a scan before knocking the old shabby door. Hearing a bunch of bats escaping from the window.
Earning a soft 'come in', he set his already flawless hair before opening the door. The squeaky noise made from the door caused the woman elegantly sitting on the couch to turn back, she gave the boy a smile to welcome him though he didn't feel welcomed at all.
He was only doing this for his brother.
"I am glad you came." The woman spoke, he saw a flash of fangs making him gulp, he had to stay on his guard, after all a nobel vampire sat in front of him, seemingly harmless but he knew she could be a deathly snake that wouldn't hesitate to wipe him off from the earth.
But he wasn't as weak as she seemed to think.
"Miss. Kim, you wanted to see me for?" He asked, his voice smooth without a hint of fear he was feeling on the inside, his characteristic smirk adorned his pretty face. "I want you to change her once and for all." The woman said, it wasn't a statement, it was an order. The boy glared at her.
"Why though? Do you think she would come back to you?" He bravely spoke, annoyance bubbled up in him at the woman's selfishness. He didn't like the fact that he would have to put the girl into misery. "You don't know anything." The woman said defensively. She knew she was being self centered. "I would do it but remember ma'am, she still won't love you again like she used to." The boy said, shrugging his shoulders, he made his way out of the room. Guilt weighing him down on the inside but he had to do it, after all he was a vampire but not a noble.
Grabbing the door's rusted knob, he turned around, "After all she would still be a half-bread that you despise." The boy chuckled and left the woman alone.
He left the mansion and walked away, hands in his coat's pockets, he decided to hunt for tonight. He already felt the excitement, the thrill of attacking his prey, the look of fear he loved. He wondered which poor soul would be his victim.

Kim Hana was exhausted, her mind messed up. She felt like puking all the new information she managed to shove into her mind in her mathematics extra class, oh how she hated her beloved teacher for making her stay back. She knew she was dumb but didn't deserve the torture of two hours.
Her shoulders slumped. The weight of her bag felt ten times heavier, the books felt like boulders. Her attention diverted to her phone that vibrated in her hand. She opened it up only to see the messages of her bestfriends who ditched her for free food.

She rolled her eyes, shaking her head she shoved her phone into her jacket's pocket. She kicked a pebble as she walked on the pavement. The people walking beside her gave her a bit of comfort, knowing she wasn't alone. It had been a popular news that the vampires have started to appear more freely.
They were vicious creatures, cold blooded, always out to kill without a single hesitation. They were the cause of the death of her father, the man who was her world. She let out sigh as she entered into the street her flat was at. Those bloodthirsty maniacs were the reason her perfect family broke into pieces.
Hana shivered at the sudden cold wind, she felt the air shift. Confused at the emptiness of the once crowded street, she continued to walk. The trees swayed making the birds chirp worriedly. Hana regretted ever taking the extra classes. "Curse you Mr. Choi." She mumbled, mentally preparing a funeral for her teacher.
A loud bark of the dog made her heart nearly stop pumping. "Shit! Oh it was just a dog." She sneered at the animal before continuing her walk, little did she know the dog didn't bark at her but someone else.
She stopped dead in her tracks when her ears perked up at the sound of soft whimpers and heavy breaths. A dark chuckle made her freeze up. Shit shit why today? Hana worriedly ranted in her mind, she was already tired and now she was sure things weren't going to go well.
Unwantedly, curiosity killed the cat and she turned around just an inch to actually confirm her suspicion before running to save her worthless life. To her horror, a boy maybe her age was holding a woman. His head burried in her exposed shoulder, if the woman looked normal Hana would have left and gave them their privacy but she looked lifeless, pale as a ghost with dried tear stains on her cheeks, her mascarra smughed all of over her face.
A fucking vampire shit! Hana shrieked in her mind, placing her hand on her mouth to not let out a sound, her heart thumped loudly in her rib cage, throat dry from fear. She silently walked away her eyes never leaving the terrifying sight. She quickly broke into a desperate sprint when she thought he couldn't hear her.
"God why now!?" She asked as she tried to run as fast as she could, her body running on adrenaline completely.
The boy smirked letting go of the woman he just hunted. The young adult fell on the concrete like a ragged doll, blood trickled down her neck, her eyes stayed open, her blue purse still hung on her shoulder oblivious of the fact that it's owner is no longer there. She had died.
He turned around and looked at the place Hana ran towards, he could hear her footsteps even if she was nowhere to be seen. After all he was the deathly vampire.
No one can escape from his watch.
