Dear Diary,

I DID IT. I kissed her. I've been wanting to, for a while now.

And I just-

Finally found the courage.

Things at home had been rough, and I've been trying to keep San out of it because I didn't need her knowing how bad things have been at home.

It wasn't the first time Justin hit me. It was just the first time I let her see that. And I don't know if that was a good idea or not. I want to be open with her. I haven't really opened up to anyone like I do with her.

That's how I can tell that whatever we have, is special. She is so much more, than the cold exterior that she displays around school. She's caring, emotional.

Not soft, because that word should never be associated with her.

Now, only if I knew why she's so mean at school..
