y'know what, in fact, if halloween is cultural appropriation, then black people don't get to dress up as Black Widow, or as Captain America. They're white, so you're cultural appropriating us if you wanna do that. See how fucking dumb that sounds?
it sounds just as dumb when you say a little white girl shouldn't be able to dress up as Mulan or as Moana for Halloween just because we aren't the same race as them.
