I hung up on Genesis. I have to admit that I feel pretty bad for just ending the call like that but still she has to consider my feelings sometimes. I love my little sister. Maybe even more than I should. Oh well, it doesn't matter now, I said what I had to say.

I hear a loud crash in the background followed by an explosion. It's the enemy attacking the army grounds. My instincts kick into full gear. The next thing i know, I am behind a turned over cot with my rifle aimed at the door of the
tent. A few seconds pass and suddenly, three enemies in front of me.

Without blinking, I fired and the next thing I know, the enemies lay motionless in my tent. I wait for a moment and listen, I hear an enemy say to gather as many hostages as possible and to meet back at the trucks no more than five minutes. I rush to get my gear on and I am out of the tent sneaking towards the trucks at the
front of the camp. I reach into my bag and retrieve detonator mines and lay them on all of the trucks. I hear gunshots behind me as my military brothers are fighting for their lives and for their country.

I run to the nearest tent and wait, gun pointed at the trucks. A minute or so later, I see the men return to the truck with the hostages. The hostages! I forgot all about them. I couldn't do anything to save them now. This was exactly what they signed up for, their lives would have to be sacrificed in order to save my country. I could only watch as the truck drove off. The mines blew when they got out of range of the detonator. The thought of killing my friends burdened me for a moment, and I knew i needed out.

I look back towards the camp and the entire site was up in flames. I rushed to my tent. Luckily, It was one of the few not engulfed in flames. I rushed inside and grabbed all that I could carry and put into my bag. I run to the trucks to find a couple of other people with the same idea. Escape.
