I ship this two characters because both are country persons and also Knuckles is almost a cowboy like Sheriff Callie

For me they are a good couple, I'm sure if they were in show, Knuckles will be always there to help Callie if she needed help. Or if Sheriff Callie was in the Sonic videogames, she may have helped Knuckles find the Master Emerald when it's missing and also helped him with his treasure hunting
