Yoohyeon
"Greetings, miss Kim Yoohyeon." I hear a familiar voice say and when I turn my head into the direction of the voice I am met with the one and only Kim Bora.
"Bora? What are you doing here?" I ask confused as to why she is at my school.
"Well, you may or may not know it but eversince I got to choreograph some dances for a few girlgroups I have been quite succesful and your school contacted me and asked me if I wanted to come teach a dance class for one time." she says.
"Really? That's great! What class are you teaching?" I ask.
"Second year, that's your class right?" she asks.
"Yeah it is. You're gonna teach my dance class?" I ask in disbelief.
"Yes, so you better get used to calling me miss Kim for today." she says proudly.
"Tsj whatever." I say chuckling.
"Hey, you don't happen to know what's up with Minji lately now do you?" I ask suddenly.
"Is something up with her?" she asks.
"Well, I'm not sure but she's been rather distant lately. She barely has time for me and every time I ask her if she wants to go out or spend time with me she says she is too busy and then when I ask her what she is so busy with she just tells me to trust her and let her be." I say with a sigh.
"Well, you know artists, they have a busy life." Bora says.
"Yeah but her being so secretive about what she is so busy with and not telling me anything when I ask her is just suspicious. What if she's cheating on me?" I ask.
"Yoohyeon, Minji would never cheat on you. She knows how much it hurts to get cheated on and she would never do that to someone else." Bora reassures me.
"But what other reason could there be? I know she is a good person but even good people can make mistakes and do wrong things." I say.
"Okay you know what, I am just gonna tell you. Please don't tell Minji I told you this because I promised to keep it a secret from you and she'll bonk my ass if she finds out I told you." she says.
"Okay I will pretend I know nothing to her." I say.
"Okay, so she is really busy working on this artwork. It's for a special someone that means a lot to her and she wants to give this artwork to that person as a gift because this person is really special to her. And she told me to not tell this person because it's a surprise but I believe I told this person now so now this person will pretend like she knows nothing so another person won't get killed." she says and a small smile forms on my lips.
"Oh, I see. In that case, I guess I'll give her all the time and space she needs." I say melting a little at the idea of Minji working so hard on an artwork for me.
"Thank you." she says.
"Thank you, for telling me. I was getting worried. Now I feel stupid for doubting her tho." I say.
"Don't, I get it. I would be suspicious too." she says.
"Yeah, I love her so much." I suddenly say.
"I can see that. And I am happy for the both of you. Minji has had her fair share of bad relationships, heartbreak and jerks. I am glad to see her being with a good person now. And I hope she'll stay with you forever because I want Minji to be with someone that will love her and take care of her and I just know that you will do exactly that." she says.
"Aw, thank you. I hope you will find the love of your life soon too Bora." I say.
"Thanks, but I don't think I will." she says.
"Why not?" I ask.
"I don't really do love. It's not my thing. I am more of a one night hookup kind of person." she says.
"Really? So you never date?" I ask.
"No, I try to avoid any type of romantic relationships. Romance is cringy and gross so no thanks. I prefer hookups, those are hot and pleasurable." she says.
"So you've never dated anyone?" I ask.
"I dated once, back in high school. But it ended really really badly. Just like Minji I've had my fair share of crap, but unlike me she never gave up on love, and I did." she says.
"Don't you want to try again?" I ask.
"No, I kinda dig the life I live now with the ocassional hookups here and there. I'm just free, not tied to anyone or whatsoever, just free to do whatever I want. I am just not very fond of dating and the whole 'I only love this one person and I only want to spend time with this person' kind of concept." she says.
"Well, I guess that's possible. As long as you are happy it's good." I say.
"Yeah, and I am happy. I wouldn't really want anything to change because I'm kinda living it right now." she says.
"That's great." I say.
"Yeah, anyways, I should go prepare a kickass dance lesson now." she says wrapping up our little conversation.
"Yeah, see you later." I say and at that she leaves me to prepare the lesson.
