"I DON'T THINK COFFEE GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN Y/N." You were now located in the bathroom. Hina helped get the coffee smell out of your hair while Keisha sat on the ground fixing your glasses, Genuny was getting some clean clothes for you to wear, since everything that was on you was now stained by coffee.
"Keisha, don't make me slap that panini in your face," Hina warned the girl who quickly returned to work. "Y/N babe, I'm so sorry I should of done something sooner."
"Hina it's fine." You reassured your friend, "Nothing would have changed the outcome today."
"I'm sorry too!" Keisha spoke up once more, "I should've not give Yui that stupid dog leash line, what a bummer."
"You're okay Keisha." You reassured again. You weren't in the mood for arguing or even talking, your good mood was killed by your bully today and maybe for this week.
The door opened to reveal Genuny's head peaking out, "Y/N, it's Kuroo he wants to talk." Despite not being in the mood to talk, you knew Kuroo would do whatever it takes to get your attention if you ignored him.
You heard Keisha stand up, then place your old glasses back on your face. "Just a few screws needing fixing and gorilla glue to fix the middle part! I can use this glue for my art collage!"
"Don't even try to trigger me," Hina remarked.
You walked out of the bathroom looked down the small corridor leading to the changing rooms to see Kuroo fiddling with his fingers next to a pile of clean clothes.
You took a deep breath, then walk down to him. Feeling more nervous with each step. He noticed you come and hastily walked over to you with worried all over his face.
"Oh my god, Y/N are you okay? What happened?" He asked. It wasn't displayed on your face but you were surprised that he didn't know, you assumed he was with Genuny who you thought would have told him by now.
"Kuroo it's nothing, don't worry about it—"
"Don't worry I—" He cut you off with increasing levels of rage, "Y/N, you have coffee all over you... did Akira—?"
"Akira?" You repeated. Of course, they were on first name bases, for all you know those two could be together. I mean, she is everything he wants in a girl, the pretty long hair, bright eyes, everything most guys liked. But that didn't matter because you don't like Kuroo in that way.
Right?
"Of course you two are on first name bases, I should know, you two are perfect for perfect each other... I guess I was just a third wheel."
"Y/N—?"
"I don't even know why you were so excited to work with me? To use me for a good grade?" You felt your warm tears pricked your eyes as you struggled to speak your mind, "Cause I'm nothing more than a dork, Miss know-it-all? Nerd? Is that all I am to people? To you?"
No! Yes? No—ah! Your mind for going back and forward, do you like Kuroo? As a friend of course. But maybe something more than that? "Kuroo look, I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone, not even my friends..." The right words weren't coming out and your words mumbled into one messed word.
"I get it." Kuroo nodded, he went over to his previous spot to grab a pile of clothes. "Here, you'll need these."
You nodded your head then took the clothes back into the bathroom stall. He handed you a pair of black leggings and a red Nekoma jersey with the number one on the front and back with someone's second name on the back. It was his.

The school day continued. You were in the last class; English, with Mr. Sora. It was a little weird to see him act so calm after witnessing him erupted with hostility the other day, however something was off with this teaching today.
"...After the sorting out the pros and cons of their adventure. Lee and Mary were will to take the risk and venture into the mysterious cave before them." You listened to a girl finish off the last paragraph of the novel your class was study.
Mr Sora looked up to his class, "Now, do you all think that Lee and Mary are doing the right thing?"
Genuny raised her hand, "Of course not sir, they could get themselves hurt."
"Indeed." Sora agreed, "Because you shouldn't go places you don't know, unless you want to get hurt." Everyone was oblivious to the threat the English teacher made, expect you, because it was for you and Kuroo who strangely wasn't present in class.
Sora's eyes stayed on you for a brief moment before continuing with the class. This issue with the teachers and your students has evolved into something disturbing, it was clear that Mr Sora was the mastermind behind it.
"Hey Y/N." Your partner next to you, Kenma, whispered to you. "I'm sorry for what Yui did to you."
"It's okay, I'm over it now." You obviously weren't over it, but you didn't want people worrying about you.
"Oh well, Kuro isn't."
"Huh?"
"I was walking to class and saw him around the corner." Kenma explained, "He was with Lev and Yui, he was exploding with rage at her, while Lev just stood there like a ghost. That's why he's in detention."
"Oh my god." You murmured gently just when the bell rang, ending the school day. You had no time to think about anything or anyone else right now.
You needed to see Kuroo.
