But I bring some exciting news! Maid of Honour is getting a prequel! And it's all about Felicity and Jared when they were teenagers, during that very special summer.
I initially had the idea once I had plotted out everything that was going to happen in Maid of Honour and I wondered whether I would present it in the form of one-shots, but I started writing it and before I knew it, a full story took its place! And it's almost the same length as Maid of Honour!
It's called The Summer That Changed Everything

And here's a brief synopsis:
Felicity Park is bored stiff.
She's 18 and it's the summer. She should've been making the most of her time at home before she moves out to start her university life. But she's alone.
Her knight in shining armour is revealed to be (of all people) her best friend's brother Jared Connor. No longer used to spending time with each other, they lovingly decide to be each other's 'last resort' throughout the summer.
What could possibly go wrong?
Though, of course, we all know what happens next! But if you're curious to see just how it all happens, keep your eyes peeled, because I will be posting it very soon! I have finished the first draft so I'm making a few tweaks and then it will be up!
