lust for a slytherin

an amazing start

when you arrived it was sunset. you rode on the boats with ron and harry to the castle.

you were soon ushered to the great hall were the sorting ceremony would soon begin. you sat in rows in alphabetical order. you and ron sat next to each other because of your last names.
you saw the frizzy haired girl earlier get called
"HERMIONE GRANGER! GRYFFINDOR !"

you tuned out until

"DRACO MALFOY! SLYTHERIN OF COURSE FOR THIS ONE!"

you smiled, but you knew there was no way in hell you would ever get into slytherin.

"RON WEASLEY! well i know exactly what to do with this one, GRYFFINDOR !"

as the weasleys always get sorted into gryffindor, your family has always been sorted into ravenclaw.

"Y/N WHITE!"
you walked up very nervously, all eyes were on you

"ahhh a white, knowledgeable, smart, but also cunning. hmmmm RAVENCLAW ! "

yeah well a girl can dream. as cheers erupted from the ravenclaw table, you made your way towards a girl with dark hair.

"oh hello, my name is cho chang"
she had a bit off an accent

"hi my name is y/n"
you said with a warming smile.

throughout the feast, you and cho became close and got to know eachother better. you kept glancing over at draco. you were only thinking about him.

after everyone had ate, you and cho got up laughing and made your way to the ravenclaw common room. the prefect this year was really familiar from afar, but as you got closer, you made out who it was,

"y/n, is that you ?!"
he said

you ran up and gave him a hug. he was a family friend and you were basically raised together, but you both hadn't really spoken in about a year.
hopefully since you know him you'll be able to break or bend some rules. you thought.

as he gave you the tour of the common room and the rooms, you made plans to chat and catch up after everyone goes to bed.

you and cho decided to share a bunk because you both didn't really know anyone else. you set up your side of the room. cho had a cat named black cat
called nutmeg. nala and nutmeg immediately bonded.

after setting everything up, you both were so hungry and decided to sneak out to go into the kitchen.
you snuck out of the girls dormitories and down the stairs.

you both bursted out laughing when you saw filch chasing is nasty cat. he turned around and you took of back towards the common room.

you dropped all of your candy onto cho's bed since she had bottom bunk.

"this year is gonna be amazing"
cho said with a mouth full of bernie botts every flavor beans
