Even though this is the first page of this journal, today is actually the second day that I started my diet/weight loss plan. Today I will introduce to everyone about myself and what I plan to do to lose weight. My name is Evangeline and I am a teenager in high school. I am 5'5 and currently weight 118 pounds, but I would like to be 110 pounds. My weight loss plan is to lose 1 lb/week for 3 weeks, and then lose 1/2 lb/week until I'm down to 110 lbs (around the end of November). I am excited, but also a little bit nervous because I don't know if I'll be able to do it. Hopefully everything goes according to plan! *Also, for my calorie amount, I try to aim for below 1200 :)
Anyways, for today, I already had lunch, so I'll record it quickly for you guys:
Lunch: 1 bowl of white rice (250 cal), rib (150), baozi (200), sauteed carrots (40)
Total lunch calories: 640 calories
Dinner: 1 steamed bun (300), some beef pieces with tomato sauce (100), sauteed green beans (100)
Total dinner calories: 500 calories
