Epilogue

Luke later found Anne's body. He screamed not knowing what to do, Cally rushed in holding her now lifeless bestfriend. What are you supposed to do when your only support gives out?
Calum arranged a lovely service for the returned angel, everyone including her parents attended. Cally couldn't keep Anne's promise, she cried oceans, she didn't have the energy to dance on her ashes at the beach. She only had the energy to walk along the shore and silently cry. She lost her soul mate, her Best friend, her sister, her everything.
Later in life Calum would fall in love for the last time with a beautiful brunette who would resemble Anne, they would have 2 children. A lovely boy named Collin and a beautiful girl named Lucy. When Lucy turns 18 she will helplessly fall in love with Cally and Luke's son Blake.
Now for Cally, her only bestfriend will remain Anne. She will give her first daughter the name Marie and her second draughts middle name Anne. She will never get over Anne, she'll just simply learn to somehow survive without her. She'll go to therapy until she is 23 and not start her adult life until she is 21 when her and Lucas become man and wife.
The world will continue to turn and life will go on. One Lukes last day on earth he will tell Cally she was his first real love and she will be his only real love, their journey has been long and hard but it was worth the while. He will die in his sleep in the local hospital with Cally by his side at 92 years old. Cally will die in the same hospital 3 years later at 94.
Calum will attend both of their funerals and silently sob as he realizes he is alone in this world, only his family remains. Memory's of his bestfriends will play in his aging mind until he dies at the age 103 in his home.
After all they all were just teenagers falling in love with each other.
