Eren gasped as he sat back, his body twisted to the side after having been curved over the center console of his car. Levi settled back sinuously, his semi conscious, unblinking stare dissecting Eren's facial features. He took a moment to breath and calm his racing heart. The second kiss, like the first had completely overwhelmed him. Eren had kissed girls before and come away from the experience not only dissatisfied, but mildly repulsed. Kissing Levi was entirely different. He tasted like blueberry and cigarettes (a combination Eren would not have found pleasant until tonight) and when their lips touched electricity seemed to thrum through his entire body. 

Even though Eren had initiated both kisses, Levi had taken control of them almost immediately, his mobile lips moving across Eren's mouth with a practiced ease that spoke of significant experience. He'd pulled back abruptly when he felt Levi's tongue swipe across his lower lip. Levi blinked at him slowly, expectantly, and the unfocused look on his face made Eren feel like a predator. There was no doubt the other man was into it...but he was mildly aware of the fact that Levi might not even know who he was and it doused him with guilt. 

"Let's, uhm, let's get you inside, okay?" 

Eren peered out the window behind Levi's head. He knew he'd brought him to the right subdivision but he couldn't remember which building was his. Hopefully the other boy wasn't too far gone to find the right apartment. Levi rested his head back and stared out into the night humming the tune from the radio under his breath. His voice was a surprisingly clear, slow rolling baritone - yet another aspect of this person that didn't at all fit the stereotype he projected. He realized after a moment that Levi would be perfectly content to sit in his car all night if he didn't do something. He got out and circled to the passenger side, opening the door so the cold air would circulate inside the vehicle. Levi stepped out, listing dangerously. Eren steadied him and dropped his arm. He tried to look the other boy in the eye but they were unfocused to the point where he had no idea what Levi was seeing. It was unnerving to say the least.

"Will you be okay from here?"

Levi came out of his stupor to look around himself for a moment and turned around, pacing off in the opposite direction down the sidewalk. 

"Levi? Levi!"

Alarmingly fast despite his shorter stature, Levi was halfway down the block before Eren realized he should probably catch up to him for his own safety. He caught up to him as he crossed the street, not a moment too soon. Levi wheeled dangerously as he stepped off the curb, only saved from face planting by Eren's steadying hand. Levi babbled under his breath for a few more blocks as Eren paced him. He tried to redirect him at first but clearly Levi knew where he was going and wouldn't be turned around. Before long, Eren found himself standing in front of another building similar to Levi's. The other boy fumbled with his keys, dropping them twice before Eren came to the rescue, surprised when he chose the right key on the first try and the door swung open. 

He knew he should have left Levi there at the doorstep but one look at the staircase behind the door told him that if he left now Levi would never make it up to the second floor apartment. He shut the door behind them and locked it before wedging his shoulder under Levi's armpit and supporting him up the stairs. They lapsed into silence by the time they reached the top, which only amplified Eren's heavy breathing - Levi's compact body weighed an absolute fuckton. It didn't help the situation that he had to stoop to grip around the other boy's waist.
