Inuyasha and Angel's Story

Chapter One

~500 Years Later~

The police were at the Higurashi residence with a five year old little girl "Don't worry sweetie everything will be fine I promise" the detective said the little girl so scared and alone she felt but then the door opened to a man and a woman "Yes can we help you Officer?" "Yes are you Mr. Higurashi?" "Yes sir" "Hi I am detective Stan would you mind if I came in" "Yes of course come in please" both man and woman shrugged their shoulders "Mr and Mrs. Higurashi I know it's late and well Angel's mother was arrested today and Mr. Higurashi is her father" "We will take her Officer" the detective smiled however the father really happy that Angel was out of her mothers custody even though he wanted to forget Angel's mother and the time they shared but Angel was his daughter too and she needed to know what it was like to have a loving family so they took her and raised her "Mr. Stan when are we leaving?" Stan felt bad but knelt down to her level "Sweetie you are gong to live here now and this will be the last time we see each other but I will always be there if you need me" "NO! I want to stay with you" she was upset but Mrs. Higurashi came and grabbed her then the detective got up and left even as she cried and screamed for him to take her with him "Angel it's going to be alright now sweetie" and Angel cried until she fell asleep.

~11 Years Later~

Angel is now 16 years old and is in high school with her sister Kagome "Hey Angel lets go or we'll be late!" Kagome hollered at her trying to get her to hurry "I'm coming" they were running when they heard Sota their little brother "Buyo! Here Buyo!" and when they saw him in the shrine "Hey Sota what are you doing in there?" Angel asked as Kagome said "You're not supposed to be in there" "I'm not it's the cat he's in there" "Then go get him" Angel said "Why me?" "Because you're the one whose looking for him" Kagome said to Sota then both girls went inside "You know I've never been inside of here before.......AHHHHH!" Kagome screamed as the cat rubbed up against her leg and Angel laughed "Kagome it's just Buyo" Angel said as she laughed "You complained about me being scared but you go scared of a cat" Sota exclaimed "Look whose talking Mr. I'm scared of the dark" but as they were going back and forth Angel heard scratching on the well about that time the lid of the well exploded and hands came out and grabbed Kagome as well as Angel "Kagome, Angel!!!!!!" Sota screamed. "You have it don't you give it to me" the creepy woman thing said "What are you talking about?" Kagome and Angel questioned "The Jewel give it to me, give me the Jewel" "We Don't Have It So Leave Us ALONE!!!!!!!" both girls yelled and a pure pink light came out of their hands then the creepy woman thing disappeared and they ended up at the bottom of the well "What happened?" Kagome asked "I don't know...Look I'll climb out and see if it's safe then if it is you will climb up and I'll help you out" but Kagome thought differently "I'm sure Sota is still out there....SOTA! Go Get Mom, Dad and Grandpa" however Kagome was only meet with silence "Kagome no one is there I really don't think we're not in Tokyo any more" Kagome sighed "Alright then lets go with your idea" so Angel nodded and started to climb using the vines that grew on the side of the well wall. When Angel reached the top of the well she was meet with beauty of green hills as well as forestry then once she completely climbed out of the well she didn't see anyone so she turned back to the well "Alright Kagome start climbing and then I will help you up" Kagome did what Angel said and when they were both out of the well they began to walk around to see if they could find someone and see where they were exactly and if they could find their way home. After they began walking they soon came upon a huge tree that had someone wrapped up in it's bark with an arrow in his chest but Angel couldn't help but think about how beautiful he looked and well.....handsome 'I best he is asleep and will wake up....' before Ange could finish her thought she then she noticed that Kagome walked right up to him and started to touching his ears "Kagome leave him alone he could wake up any moment" about that time Angel could feel like they were being watched then arrows came whizzing past her and into the tree right next to Kagome "Hey be careful that....." "Get away from there" the men shouted with fear Angel could hear it in their voice then the men came up to them then tied them up and took them to the village 'What's going on some mid-evil Japan reenactment what is going on' Kagome thought then both Angel and Kagome heard "MOVE! MAKE WAY FOR LADY KAEDE!" they watched as an elderly woman with long gray hair dressed in a red and white kimono with a white ribbon in her hair as well as an eye patch which indicates that she has lost her eye, but as the lady walked up to both Angel and Kagome they saw that she had a small brown jug that she reached her hand in it and throwing this pwoder stuff at them they shook their heads and said at the same time "Hey cut it out" "Show us your true form demon" the older lady demanded as she threw this gray stuff at Kagome and Angel "WE ARE NOT DEMONS!" both of them shouted at the older women "Are ye not? Then why were ye found in the forest of Inuyasha?" the old woman asked "They could be a spy form another village" one of the men escorting the old woman said "In that case they would be fools, Who would invade such a poor village such as ours?" then it hit her they both looked exactly like her sister Kikyo and was wondering if they are reincarnations of her sister "Let me have a good look at ye" she walked up to both of them and really looked at them really good "Look cleaver girls or be a half wit...Yet it's there but I not know why" 'It is remarkable they both look exactly like my beloved sister Kikyo though the one called Angel looks more like her then the other one does' then the old woman had them both untied and took them back to her house "Stew?" the old woman offered them "Wow! That looks great real food" Kagome said "Yes thank you" Angel thanked that old woman "Bare us no ill will children for thou now I see that you both mean us no real harm in these troubled times of war no strangers may be welcomed among us with out a deep distrust" the old woman told them "Ohhhh, We really aren't in Tokyo any more are we" Kagome stated "To-Ky-o? Never heard of it is it where your people are from" Angel smiled and said "Something like that well I guess we better get going" 'Although I don't really know how to get us back but I think the well has something to do with it we could start there'. Kaede stirred at both girls remembering what her sister had told her about burning the Shikon Jewel with her body 'Its been 50 years since that day' but little did they know that the creepy woman thing was heading right for the village, Then all of a sudden huge bangs and explosions were heard so Kaede, Angel and Kagome all went to see what the cause was only to find that it was the creepy woman thing was back "Give me the Sacred Jewel" "It said the Sacred Jewel then ye has it still?" Kaede asked "I don't know I mean I've heard of it but I...." Kagome said "The Sacred Jewel I must have it I must" the creepy woman thing said 'The Sacred Jewel that thing is after me' "Arrows and Spears nothing works!" the men shouted "Then we will have to draw it to the bone eaters well" Kaede said "They bone eaters well" both Kagome and Angel asked "Yes the well on the edge of the forest of Inuyasha" 'The well we climbed out of' "Which way is the forest?" Kagome asked "Where the light is shining right" then she took off with Angel right behind her "Wait!" Kaede tried to get them to stop but they just said "We'll draw it away" Kagome said "How is they can see what can not be seen in the forest of Inuyasha" Kaede stated to herself more than to anyone "Lady Kaede!" the men from the village yelled as they all got on horse back and followed Kagome and Angel, As they were running leading the creepy woman thing Kagome was saying "Someone is gonna save us right? They got to, Mom! Dad! Sota! Grandpa! Someone please save us!" "Kagome no one is gonna save us but ourselves, but yes someone please help us!" Angel had to give it to her like it was, but little did they know that when Angel said what she did that it woke up the boy sleeping pinned to the sacred tree "That's it I smell it the blood of the woman that killed me", when the creepy woman thing was right behind them and hit the ground sending them flying and landing right at the base of the sacred tree where that boy was sleeping "Hello Kikyo playing with bugs now are we?" then Angel looked up and he the sleeping boy was looking right at her 'Did he just talk...I knew it he was alive' "So you're alive?" Kagome questioned "What's taking you so long to kill it just do her like you did me..You look pretty dumb there Kikyo the Kikyo I know wouldn't waste time" "That's it Kikyo, Kikyo, Kikyo who ever she is I am she's not me cause my name is...." Kagome was cut off "She's here" Inuyasha stated just then the creepy woman thing was right in front of them but thanks to Angel they were able to doge it then some spears were thrown at it and they heard "Great now pull men" a man form the village said "so we were saved" Kagome stated "You're pathetic Kikyo" "I'm not Kikyo! Look I'm telling you I am not her whoever her is" Kagome yelled at him "And I'm saying she's gotta be her cause if not there's no way that she could smell so...." he then smelled the area again "She's not her" "I know because my name is Kagome Ka-Go-Me" "Yeah you're right Kikyo was cuter, much cuter and besides I wasn't talking about you I was talking about the other girl that's with you" then he looked around and noticed that the other girl was gone "Hey where is the other girl" Kagome was getting irritated with this guy "Angel her name is Angel" then a arrow with light coming from it came at them but hit the creepy woman thing this really impressed Inuyasha "She really could be Kikyo's twin if she didn't miss" "I didn't miss and it's been a few years since I last shot a bow and arrow wise guy" then it bit into Kagome's belly and threw her into the air releasing the Sacred Jewel "KAGOME!" Angel yelled and shot another arrow "AHH! Damn it" then it the Sacred Jewel landed right at Angel's feet "Give me the Jewel quick, Hurry" but before Angel could grab the Jewel the creepy woman thing wrapped it's lower half around the Sacred Tree, Inuyasha and Angel "I heard that some half demon spawn was after the Sacred Jewel it's you isn't it" "That's all I need to kick your scaly hide any more than that would be a waste of my time" Inuyasha shot back at the creepy woman thing "Hey you talk a pretty big game but can you back it up?" Inuyasha just looked at Angel as if she was crazy "Well can you or not" he huffed "There's nothing you can do not like that you are powerless to stop me you're helpless the both of you" then it swallowed the Jewel "DON'T YOU DARE!" Inuyasha growled out in anger as the men was whispering that it swallowed the Jewel and asking Kaede what they should do then Inuyasha had an idea "Hey can you pull out this arrow?" Angle looked up at Inuyasha "Look can you pull out this arrow or not?" "Yeah..." "Nay child if you remove that arrow then Inuyasha will be free to destroy us all" Kaede yelled at her "Don't be stupid you old hag at least with me you have a chance as where that things gonna eat you" Angel was feeling so pressured "And what about you are you ready to die yet?" "No way I want to..." Angel reached up and grabbed the arrow that held him in place "LIVE!" and the arrow disappeared then Inuyasha started to pulse and laugh manically 'I knew he would be like this just by the way he talked' he then tore the half of the creepy woman thing that wrapped them to the Sacred tree which sent Angel flying backwards to the ground "Wicked child" "Insolent hag Iron Reaver Soul Stealer" Inuyasha got rid of her just that quick Angel was impressed 'Well, Well, Well he is strong after all amazing' Angel thought "Ahhh it's still moving" Kagome stated as one part of the creepy woman thing twitched "Quickly find the glowing flesh that is where the Jewel will be it must be removed at once less then Mistress Centipede will revive" "Whoa, Whoa tell me you're joking" then both Angel and Kagome started looking for it then found it at the same time "There it's that one!" both said while pointing to one of the Centipede parts and Lady Kaede went and retrieved it form where it was and they both watched as the creepy woman thing disappeared then Kaede put the Jewel in Angel's hands "but" "Only ye and sister Kagome can possess the Sacred Jewel" 'for it is bot that resemble the dead Kikyo' " But how did it get inside my sister's body? And why would she have a Jewel wanted by Demons?" Inuyasha then began to walk towards them and he said with bitter words "Exactly humans can't use it so why bother to keep it...If you hand over the Jewel over right now then I won't have to start sharping my claws on you" 'what, What? WHAT! You mean he's not the hero' Kagome was thinking to herself as the men of the village surrounded them "Pay no heed to Inuyasha girls" Kaede told them but when Inuyasha attacked the men Angel noticed that he wouldn't hurt them 'For him being so against being nice he sure id trying so hard to not kill the people of the village....So I wonder if he really is a nice guy and all of this is a front I think it is' then Angel saw that Kagome was looking at the Jewel 'The Sacred Jewel makes monsters more powerful is it cursed' Kagome thought "I hate having to wait and I hate the smell of you" Inuyasha said with so much venom in his voice then went to take off towards them but Angel grabbed Kagome's hand and they both began to run in the opposite direction but some of the bones form Mistress Centipede which caused Inuyasha to miss them as he cam down with his claws "Want me to scratch your back" he said with a smart aleck tone "You really tried to hit us just now didn't you?" Kagome questioned but Angel grabbed her arm and dragged her to her feet as they ran he followed. "Prepare yourself" Inuyasha shouted "Prepare ourselves for what?" Angel and Kagome questioned as they kept running from Inuyasha he then took and used his claws to trip them up and they fell "Ha now it's mine" Inuyasha said to himself "What the heck are these" "Her girls the word of Subjugation" 'Huh..What word" Angel asked "Matters not your word has the power to hold his spirit" Kaede was telling them as they got up grabbed the Jewel and kept running only to fall down the side of a ledge and landed at the foot of a bridge as well as dropped the Jewel "Huh...Oh no" Angel whispered then Inuyasha was coming up fast behind them "Ha..How can you over power me you can't even sit up" Inuyasha stated "A word to hold his spirit? But how will I know which one" Angel said more to herself and she was racking her brain when Inuyasha landed on the bridge right in front of the Jewel and went to pick it up when Angel yelled "SIT BOY!" the beads glowed then he fell face first onto the bridge "Sit boy, Sit boy, Sit boy, Sit boy" Angel kept saying and both Angel and Kagome were shocked as well as Inuyasha who was not at all happy with what has happened "What you know it worked" Kagome said "WHAT THE HECK IS THIS!" Inuyasha shouted in anger and tried to take off the necklace but couldn't "I'm sorry Inuyasha but even you lack the power to remove them" Kaede simply stated "We'll see about that, I'd come up there and finish you off if you didn't look half dead already" Inuyasha yelled at Kaede "Angel the word please" Kaede asked "Sit boy" and just like that Inuyasha fell through the bridge and into the river below "Well shall we head home" Kaede said "That was easy I should have said it sooner" that night they returned to the village to get the rest they needed for tomorrow was going to be a very long day. As the sun rose Angel was sitting there thinking about the night that had just passed 'I have always wanted an adventure and now that I have one I am not quite sure if I want it because this Inuyasha guy he can be pretty dangerous but that's what others have thought about me maybe if I try to be nice to him maybe.....Just maybe' "Good morning Angel sleep well?" Angel smiled but couldn't lie the nice woman "Not really you see I have a lot of trouble sleeping and thanks again for letting me and my sister sleep here for the night we are very grateful to you" Angel said as the old woman smiled at her then they heard "Hmmm....Morning" Kagome said as she woke up "Good morning" both Angel and Lady Kaede said "Come Kagome I shall put some ointment on your belly" and as Kaede was was doing that Inuyasha walked in and Angel watched him to see what his mood might be in "Hello Inuyasha" he looked at her and she smiled "Hmmm" he huffed then sat down "I noticed that y'all are rebuilding the houses that got destroyed by Mistress Centipede what a pain" "A pain yes but just beginning now that the Sacred Jewel is back among us far worse than Mistress Centipede will come to claim it" "Worse than yesterday?" Angel asked "Not just demons but there are humans whose hearts are evil still and only the Jewel is the only thing that can grant their petty grasspy ambitions" then Kagome thought of something "Speaking of petty what are you still doing here?" "I'm waiting for the Jewel" Inuyasha answered simply "With the beads around his neck his idle threat is diminished it is perhaps that we can allow him so close to the Jewel" Kaede stated "Why do you want the Jewel anyway it seems that your strong enough as it is...What power can the Jewel give you that you don't already have?" Angel asked wanting to know more about him "Ah! He's just a half demon" that's when Inuyasha punched a hole in the floor so they all looked at him "You know what I'm sick of some dried up witch talk like she knows me" Inuyasha seemed pretty defensive when it came to what he was and the term half demon "So ye don't remember I figured as much for I am the younger sister to Kikyo she that bound ye to the tree Kaede" "Kaede?" Inuyasha said her name then it hit him "So you're the brat huh" "50 Years have passed and I have grown old" Kaede said with such sorrow "then if you're this old then Kikyo must be pushing 100 I'm glad I ain't gotta worry about getting old at least not for a while" "Kikyo didn't worry ither...Kikyo died" said and Angel as well as Kagome could see the sadness in Inuyasha's face "It was on the same day she bound ye to the tree" "Geez's sorry to hear it not that I care or nothing...It's one less thing I have to worry about" he said with a melancholy tone "I wouldn't let my guard down just yet Inuyasha I now know that Kagome and Angel the reincarnations of my sister and it's not just because both resembles her but the Jewel of four souls was in Kagome's body and Angel's fighting skills is proof enough it is now up to the both of you to take over it's protection" Angel was wowed by this Kagome on the other hand was not so much she just wanted to be a normal high school girl "I'm gonna go for a walk" Kagome said "I'll go too we need to talk somethings out" so both girls left Kaede's house and walked in silence before Angel broke it "Kagome what is it that you want to do for whatever you decide I will back you on it?" Kagome was shocked "Angel you always wanted to have a huge adventure why don't you take it and I can go back home" Angel could tell that Kagome was scared and she had every right to be "Look we both have to do this there is no one or the other so we both do it or we both don't it's that simple so I leave it to you to make the choice of what we should do" "That's just it I don't know what to do" Kagome was now feeling like it was all on her "Kagome look at like this there millions of innocent demons, humans and even half demons out there that will be hurt or killed because of others that want the Jewel for evil reasons I want you to think what it will mean if we don't do this and we just go home you have to think of the millions of others that relay on us to keep them safe" "I know but why us? Why did it have to be us?" "Kagome I want to do this not because it's an adventure it's because of the others that are out there that need us and we could save them and I want that so much more than having an adventure" Kagome now knows why Angel was so with this and agreed that it was the right thing to do but then Kagome looked around and the people of the village were bowing to them 'I have to get out of here this is just too weird'. Inuyasha was sitting in a tree right by Kaede's house thinking "She died and I never knew" he said to himself just then he sensed that something was coming his way and caught it so when he looked down he saw Angel there with food in her hands "Hey don't ya want eat?" "Where did you get all that stuff?" "The villagers gave it to me why not come down and help me eat it" Angel said with a smile but Inuyasha was very wary of her for he wasn't sure what she was getting at by being nice to him however he came down from the tree and sat beside her though he kept an eye on her "Whatever you're up to I'm not buying it" "Buying what?" she sighed "Look it's fair to say that you don't like me or my sister" "Waaay more then fair" but Angel just laughed "Even though it's not really us you dislike it's this Kikyo person" he looked at the food then went back up in the tree "Look I'm not her I am Angel and my sister is Kagome so can't we just call a truce please" "Ha I knew it what you don't get is that I'm only after the Jewel you're just trying to lure me in with a false sense of security" Inuyasha was telling her "Oh really seeing as I only have to say the word sit..." Inuyasha came slamming down to the ground "I'm sorry I am really gonna have to make my self not say that word" he was not happy with her "Look why don't you just go back to where you came from and forget about the Jewel" Angel then looked down at her fruit "I would but the thought of all of the innocent lives out there I could help save gives a reason to want to do this haven't you ever had a felling that you were meant for something much greater that what other think of you" Inuyasha was not buying what she was saying for he knew that nobody cared that much about other people that they have never meet "Well we should get back to Kaede's" he looked at her "We..We who?" "You and me of course" Angel laughed "No way I am fine right here" he said then turned his back to her "Alright if you ever change your mind then the door is open" and she walked off and he thought 'Who is this girl she invited me into a house that is not even hers and what's with her smiling at me like that it's not like we are best friends.....However she actually included me not even Kikyo offered for me to come inside her and Kaede's house' "Cawww, Cawwww, Cawww" Inuyasha looked up to see some demon birds flying over head which means that they are looking for the Jewel so he decided to keep an eye on Kaede's place in case they try anything. The next morning when Angel and Kaede woke up they noticed that Kagome wasn't there so they called out for her "Kagome?" but no answer so they got up and went outside "KAGOME!" Angel called again but still no answer so the only thought was that she was trying to go back home so Angel ran in the direction of where they came through the well and she saw her and a sigh of relief washed over her until she heard "GET! HER!" and men came out of no where so Angel went into action "Hey creeps leave my sister alone" and started hand to hand combat but she didn't have any weapons so the men won the fight in the end "Kagome if we live through this remind me to have a very long talk with you" 'Angel is mad at me but I can't blame her she has every right to be mad I ran off with out telling her and now we are both in trouble' they came to a run down shack and the men threw both Angel and Kagome inside "Hey boss we caught the girls just like you said" "Her kimono is shorter than mine..You're gonna catch a cold if you keep running around half dressed" one guy said as he tugged on Kagome's skirt which caused Kagome to turn red and hop up "Hey don't pull on it like that it'll rip" "What's the matter princess our hands to dirty for ya" "Hey merry me and I'll buy you a new one" the men kept saying and laughing "Stop Laughing!" Kagome told them "Hand over the Jewel right now" both Angel and Kagome looked in the direction of where the voice was coming from and saw a huge bald man he got up and was heading towards them laughing very strangely then the group of men grabbed Kagome to hold her in place and the bald man grabbed his sword but Angel put two and two together so she managed to get free from the other men then found a way to get right behind the bald man and went to hit him but he pulled his sword out of it's health and sliced one of the men holding Kagome then hit one side of the shack which caused Kagome to fall and drop the Jewel and it rolled outside "Hey ugly over here!" and when the man turned around he went after her too "Come on let's get all of you out of here" "Yes boss" "I'm not your boss" Kagome told them as Angel was trying her hardest to distract the bald guy but he turned and went after Kagome and the others any way "KAGOME!" just then Inuyasha busted through the wall and rendered him weaponless as well as knocking him to the ground "We're outta her boss" the men stated then left "I can't believe that you actually came" Kagome said "Is it safe? Where's the Jewel?" Inuyasha demanded "Jewel" Kagome said "OH! No tell me you did not just say that" "Quit fight you two we have bigger problems to deal with here don't ya think" they both looked at Angel who pointed at the bald man "Ohhhh, What is that smell it's like rotting meat or...." just then part of the mans chest plate untied and slid down to reveal a hole where his heart should have been but the part that really got them was there was a crow with three eyes in the hole "What's that?" Kagome asked "How you wanna bet that bird ripped it's beating heart out and made it's self a bloody nest" "I knew there was something wrong the bird made it a puppet" Angel stated "Carrying crows don't fight alone when there are dead bodies handy they ain't so tough but they are hella nasty" Inuyasha said as he stuck his hand in the hole of the dead man and pushed the crow out the other side "It's getting away aren't you going after it" Kagome said "Maybe you haven't noticed but the world is full of monsters you want I to go after all of them" "But...." "No but if you want to start doing the fighting then be my guest in the mean time where's the Jewel....." as they were climbing out they saw the carrying crow taking off with the Jewel "Ahhghhh the stupid crow is making off with the Jewel what's wrong with you" "What do you mean what's wro...." "ENOUGH! Let's get going" Angel finally stepped in to get them to stop fighting. "Come on" Inuyasha said as he was pulling Kagome behind him but stopped when he saw a bow and some arrows he took them and gave them to Kagome so she can shoot the crow but what Inuyasha doesn't know is that Kagome doesn't know how to shoot a bow and arrow "Oh no you don't" Inuyasha said "Well what are you waiting for hurry up and shoot it" "Inuyasha Kagome has never shot a bow and arrow before but....." "No buts Kikyo look alike, Look that crow lives on eating human flesh if you think that's bad then let it swallows the Jewel" he demanded "Ahh he swallowed it...Fine I'll try" "Thank you" 'And when she takes out the crow then it's their turn' Inuyasha thought "Kikyo was a master archer so take it in one shot" "I've told you I am Kagome" 'But still....Kikyo give your strength' Kagome thought as she put an arrow in the bow and pulled back and let the arrow go but it missed the crow which shocked Inuyasha and caused him to fall "What the..I thought you said she was a master archer" Kagome said "She was it's you that's the klutz, See how big it is shoot it" and so Kagome tried again but missed again which irritated Inuyasha "I don't care what the old lady says you are not Kikyo you got that I'm so outta here" he was so angry "Inuyasha wait!" Angel can see how this is going to go with this Inuyasha "Come on Kagome let's catch up with him" Angel said and held out her hand to her and they ran to catch up with him mean while Inuyasha was on it's heels "Looking for ya next meal already huh you forget that you first have to get through me" just then Angel and Kagome arrived at the bridge "Inuyasha no you'll hurt the boy!" Angel yelled "Back off, Iron Reaver Soul Stealer" and got the crow but the little boy it had fell into the water "Where'd it go where's the Jewel?" Inuyasha was more worried about the Jewel but Angel couldn't let the boy drown so she jumped in the river and swam to the boy "Wow how can she do that" the villagers were wowed by Angel's ability to swim "She's a nymph I tell ya a NYMPH she's not human at all" a man yelled "Hold on little boy I've got you" Angel re-ensured the little boy "Now it's on it's back what a day, what a girl, what a nymph" "And they say teenage girls get excited" Angel stated "Save the Jewel stupid the Jewel" Inuyasha was yelling at her from across the river but Angel gave him a very disgusted look and turned her back to him which shocked him and left him a little dumb founded "Thank you for saving me" "Yes thank you" the little boy and his mother thanked her "You're very welcome" just then the crow regenerated and flew out of the water "Hey it's getting away" "Well you're off the hook for now pal" Angel and Kagome turned to where the crow was flying away but Angel noticed that one of the men had a bow and arrow "Excuse me but can I barrow your bow and arrow" Angel asked and the man gave her his bow and an arrow and before she shot the arrow she noticed that the foot of the crow was on the little boys back so she took it off and tied it to the arrow and took aim then released it sending it flying right into the crows belly where the Jewel was and a huge bright pure light shined after it made contact "Lady Kaede those lights" "Oh my and I not like the looks of it" Kaede said then all of the lights disappeared so Angel, Kagome and Inuyasha went to go look for the Jewel and they looked for hours "Are you sure it fell around here" Inuyasha asked "Yeah well kind of all though I am still worried about that light though" Angel said then the crows head came right at her but Inuyasha was quicker "No you don't" and sliced the head then something small and pink came out of it's head "I hope that's not what I think it is" Angel said "What do you think it is?" he asked "I think it's a shard form the sacred Jewel" Angel said "Wh- What did you say" for now Inuyasha was not happy and was so angry but so was Angel for she was trying to shattered the Jewel "Look don't yell at me, lets go back to Kaede's house and see what she has to say about this and what we should do" Angel said "I want to go home I miss mom, dad, Sota and grandpa" "Will you quit wining that is all you ever do" "Oh yeah Mr. Depressed" "ENOUGH BOTH OF YOU!" Angel yelled at both of them "Kagome look I don't know how to get us home until I do we need to know what we are up against you understand" Kagome nodded "And you can you please for a while not fight with my sister and act like you have manners I know your mother taught you some" they were both shocked at how she switch roles so easily "Why should I listen to you?" Angel sighed "Because I asked nicely would prefer I demanded that you do so or would rather I ask?" he looked annoyed and crossed his arms "I guess it's better if you ask" "Alright then so lets all head back please" Angel thought that the nice way would be the best way by the time they returned to Kaede's it was night so they all got some rest for tomorrow was a new day....A very long and new day.
