Joining a concert contest

Diego P.O.V

As soon I realized it was actually her the new girl that was my distance friend. I started thinking ways how to tell her the truth. She was at the waterpark when I saw her. Many thoughts were running on my head.

I couldn't believe it was actually her, but then a thought ran into my head. What if she is actually Shira who I missing for so long.

I wake for the whole night thinking how to tell her who actually I am. Then I fell asleep at five a.m.

After an hour my alarm set off, I was very tired then I remembered that I'm going to tell Shira who am I. I wasn't sure it was actually her who I been missing.

I jumped off the bed and I hurried myself to get ready. I tried to look the best where I can and added some clone on me. Then I went downstairs, and I grabbed my keys. Then I heard my mom talking to me.

"Son are going eat breakfast and why are you such a hurry?"

"No mom, I have to go because is very important."

"I see because I smell clone on you it must be a girl."

"Yeah, a distant friend. I'm in a rush goodbye mom."

"Goodbye."

I got inside of my car and started driving to school. I was like the first get inside of the school. I was impatient to tell Shira that I'm her distant friend. After a hour later everybody was at school. My friends were with me.

Kayla spoke, "You smell good, Diego. Why you put clone on you unless is very special."

I responded, "Yeah..."

Then I saw Shira with the cheerleaders. I took my courage to talk to her. But then the football players came to them. Then I decided not to get in.

When I was in my class there was an announcement about there will be a concert contest to go the front office to sign up.

I went to the front office to sign up then I saw Shira got out from the front and I saw Soto outside waiting for her. When they started passing me Soto was growling at then suddenly I was growling back louder.

Shira and Soto started laughing at me. I gave a look at Shira. Shira stopped laughing and walked away. Then I went  inside and sign up.

During the rest of the day I tried to Shira, but every time Soto comes in. At the last class Shira was sitting next to me. At the end of class I decided talk to Shira.

I spoke, "Hey Shira."

Shira looked at me very surprised that I know her name.

"How do you know my name?"

Before I could responded the bell ring to leave school. I felt bad that I couldn't tell her who I really am I.

Kayla spoke to me, "Why are you talking to her?"

I responded, "A distant friend."

"Oh, I heard you joined the concert contest."

"Yeah, and who told you that."

"Rumors. I will see on concert."

"Oh."

I went to my car and started driving back home. I have to write songs, and rehearse on the day of contest. I will find a chance to tell Shira who am I.
