DJ x Brick x Reader (high-school)

Whos DJ?

I woke up early which is quite unusual but I just went with the flow and got dressed in a long sleeved pink and white striped crop top with a white skirt and leggings to accompany it with some white Adidas trainers.

I walked downstairs said hello to my mom and left for school, when I arrived I seen two new faces but because of my social anxiety I tried to avoid them until I heard someone shout "Hey!" Over to me, not wanting to be rude I walked up to them "yeah, what do you want?" I said "I'm Geoff and this is my buddy DJ and uh we are new so we were wondering if you could help us" Geoff said as DJ just looked at me smiling "sure, what classes do you have?" I said smiling a bit "I have math first" Geoff said looking at his notes "I have history" DJ said still smiling "oh cool I have history, and plus math is first room on your right when you enter" I said smiling

People started to arrive as I chatted with the two but that was interrupted by my BFF or as I like to call him idiot, brick called to me "hey over here" he said in his usual formal pose "I walked over to him dragging along the two new guys "hey brick look, some fresh meat for you to bully" I said obviously joking which scared DJ but Geoff laughed with Brick "you won't hurt us, right man?" DJ said as he stood behind Geoff "I was making a joke" I said chuckling slightly

*bell rings*

Welp I'm off to history which means DJ you're with me, anyways see you later brick" I said now walking off with DJ. I walked inside the building and went straight to history whilst DJ followed behind me, I sat down in my usual spot at the back mostly because it was the emptiest row but DJ just sat with me considering he knew basically no-body.

"Um I'm not gonna question why you would sit next to me of all people but go ahead" I said looking at him with my brow raised "what why wouldn't I?" DJ said confused "it's nothing in just not the sociable type ya know?" I said with a bored face "oh it's fine dude" he said with a warm smile

*lunch cause I'm lazy xx*

I walked to my usual table where I sat with Brick, Gwen and Owen but DJ looked confused on where to sit considering Geoff wasn't there yet "Hey DJ! Over here!" I said waving over at him which made him come over and sit with us

"Oh hello, DJ, was it? Brick said smiling
"Oh uh yeah man" DJ said smiling at him
I poked at my food and just pushed it aside and listened into the conversation that was happening. "What's your favourite colour
Y/N?" DJ said looking down at me "oh um I like pastel yellow" I said looking at him
"Wasn't expecting such a happy colour for someone like you?" DJ said confused
"What's that supposed to mean?" I said annoyed

"Oh nothing man it's just that you're really quiet and somewhat gloomy" DJ said with a sheepish smile "eh true" I said as I looked at my now cold food "you gonna eat that?" Owen said looking at me which made me push the tray towards him which he quickly devoured.

*school ends*

"Hey Y/N mind if I walk with you?" DJ said as he looked at me smiling "oh um sure but why?" I said confused "oh we're neighbours I know this because I've seen you drawing in your backyard." DJ said trying not to sound creepy
"Oh fun anyways if you're coming with me then let's go" i said now walking with him

I made it home and so did he and I went to bed after scrolling on Tiktok for a couple hours.
