"Pepperoni is the bomb.com," Michael argues.
"Yeah but cheese is majestic," Ashton says taking a bite from his cheese pizza.
"I think Hawaiian is pretty okay," Emma says shyly.
"I agree with Emma," Dawn laughs.
"I like pepperoni,"
"Yes! Cassie!" Michael yells.
"Dude, be quiet," I say.
"Sorry?" Michael says almost as a question. I nod and watch as Dawn takes out her phone. She tucks her strawberry blonde hair behind her ear. I wish I was the one tucking her hair behind her ear. She Smiles at her phone and squeals.
"What?" Amber ask. Dawn shows flashes her screen towards amber. She looks at the screen for a bit before squealing too.
"Oh my god. Guys we have to go!" Amber says grabbing Cassie's forearm.
"Why?!" Emma whines.
"Dawn's dad is home,"
I look at the boys. They close the pizza boxes and start walking to the door. I follow closely behind.
Dawn stops and waits for me making butterflies erupt in my stomach.
I grab my stomach.
"Where was your dad?" I ask.
"He's in like some war thing, he's never home. Like ever," she shrugs.
"Oh I'm sorry,"
"Don't be, he loves it,"
"That's good,"
"I don't mean to sound creepy but could I get your number?" She says tucking her hair behind her ear and looking at the ground.
"Yes," I say.
She hands me her phone and I do the same.

She looks at it and smiles.
I look at her contact name.

"Aww," I laugh.
I stop at her friends car and she turns to me and wraps her arms around me and I do the same. She's about 2 inches shorter than me so it's perfect.

"Umm, text me, yeah?"
"Yeah."

She gets into the car. I walk over to Ashton's car getting in the back seat with Luke.
"Dude," Michael laughs.
"What?"
"Do you like her?" He asks looking at me through the mirror on the flap thing. (Idk what's it's called)
"I know enough about her to like her but give it time I just meet her like 7 hours ago," i laugh.

I know there are feelings there. But I don't want to get rejected. So I'll wait.
