Chapter 9

Hinata POV

I wake up at 5am...Ugh, 5am. Why'd I wake up so early? I carefully climb out of bed, making sure not to wake kei. I stumble into the bathroom and stare at my reflection in the mirror. My fluffy, orange hair ruffled to one side, a few strands in odd directions. My eyes were struggling to stay open. I make a fist and squeeze, all my strength lost. I stare at my messy complection for a bit more then waddle out. I sigh quietly...what to do..? Kei did say we could just spend the day together.

I debate with myself before I ultimately decide to climb back into bed and snuggle up next to kei. I crawl under his arm and as I settle down I hear a faint "shoyo-?" Damn it...I woke him. "Sorry..did I wake you?" "Yeah, but its okay." He whispers "what time is it?" "5:30am.." I trail off. "Whyd you wake up so early?" He graons. "I don't know, I couldn't sleep." He sighs and sits up, grabbing his glasses. "Do you wanna start the day now? Maybe go to the hot tub without the others." He questioned. I nod and smile. Kei gets up and walks to the bathroom, but I stop him before he enters. "Can I wear one of your t-shirts for breakfast?" I ask. "Shoyo, it will drown you." He rubs his eyes, voice still raspy. "I can tuck it into my trousers?" I plead. He sighs. "Alright fine." He enters the bathroom. 'Yes' I mumble in victory and went to pick out one of his shirts.

I choose the smallest, maroon shirt and grab one of my black shorts to go with it. I tuck in the front in and leave the back out. I then start running my hands through my hair to try and tidy it up a bit. Tsukki walks out of the bathroom, he looks at me and smiles. "You look good." He says walking over to me. "Thanks." I say, still struggling with my hair. He removes my hands from my hair and uses his to fix it instead. I thank him as he goes to get dressed.

"What time does food open?" Kei asks me. "Six." "Well its 6:15, wanna go down?" I slip on my shoes in an answer. He grabs my hand and leads me downstairs. We reach the restaurant and it empty apart from the staff. A waitress walks up to us. "You gentlemen are here early." She smiles. "Yeah, we woke up early so we decided to start the day." Kei speaks up. "Ah, I see, well right this way." The waitress leads them to a two sweater table near the windows. "Whenever your ready to order just call me over." "Thank you." Kei says as she walks off.

"What are you getting shoyo?" He asks. "I think maybe some pancakes." I reply, skimming through the menu. "Hmm, I'll just get an omelette." He says doing the same. We call the waitress over and she takes her orders.
She then scurries over to the kitchen. "What are we doing after?" I look at kei "Hot tub?" "Sure." As we finish our conversation, the waitress comes stumbling out with our food. "Here you go gentleman." She said placing our plates in front of us. "Thank you!" I chirp, she nods and walks away.

"Woah, these pancakesnare huge!" I exclaim. "They are." Kei starts. "Can i have one?" "Only if i can have some of yours." I reason. We end up feeding each other the others food. "Its good." I say. "Same here." He agrees. We dig into our own food and kei manages to clear is plate first. "Hurry up shoyo, or do you need me to help you out?" He laughs. "Shush, its not my fault you have a big mouth than me." I pout. "Yet your the loudest." I playfully push him across the table. "Just finish your food tangerine."

I eventually finish my food and we make it back up to our room. We put on our swimming trunks, ready for the hotub. "You ready shoyo?" Kei calls to me from the bedroom. "Yep." I unlock the bathroom door. "Let's go." He walks out the door. I grab my phone and turn it on quickly to check the time. '6:57' I put my phone in my bag and run after kei.

"You getting in?" I ask kei from the heated water. "Yeah, hold on. Sugas texting the group chat." He says. I walk over...well, as well as you can walk in water and look at his phone.
