Chapter 2

"Boo can we eat first? The monster inside me is about to eat my systems whole." Luke's husky voice dragged me back to earth. I barely heard anything he said through this rock music that's playing through the radio.

"Huh? Boo I can't really hear you!" I shouted over the loud music. He reached out for the speaker and shut the thing down. "You can't do that!" I reached over to stop him but he was faster.

After awhile a new beat filled the whole car and Luke laughed until his breath was cut short. "Boo, we'll drop by Burger King okay?" He chuckled. "You're obviously more hungry than I am." The blush had finally reached the spot and made me look like a tomato.

My eyelids flew open as I felt the car engine stop. I didn't realize that I've already fallen  into a deep slumber until his moist minty lips touched my blushing cheek.

I glanced out from the driver's window and my tummy rumbled at the sight of Burger King. I licked my lips as different images of burgers filled my mind. I immediately got down from the car and ran towards heaven. The chimes that hung on the glass door was barley noticeable because loud voices filled the whole room.

Luke stood in front of the counter, his head up, looking at the menu that's towering over him. I rushed towards his side to catch the dumbstruck cashier. She looked at him with great lust in her eyes. That made my eyebrows raise at her.

"Boo, what do you want?" I turned my attention to Luke who's looking at me now with both his eyebrows up. At the corner of my eyes, I saw the flirty cashier glare at me, from her flirty look to a sour one.

My lips twitched into a smile as I tiptoed and gave Luke a quick kiss on the lips. "I want a Luke burger, please." I said in a seductive tone, drawing circles on his chest. His warm, comfortable arms reached for my waist and wrapped them around, securing me in place.

Luke smirked which made him even hotter than before. My heart pounded wildly in my chest that I felt it coming out.

"Coming right up! Your Luke burger is all yours." He whispered near my ears which sent tingly feelings down my spine. "So can we not go to hell now?" Oh shit! I've totally forgotten about that!

"No way! We're going to school whether you like or not. I'm going with King." I said, wiggling my way out of his seducing grip around my waist.

I turned to the glaring cashier and smirked at her. I hooked my arms to Luke's right arm. "I want the king burger with mayo and no tomatoes." She raised an eyebrow at me as she listed my order down, her lips twitching into a victorious smirk. I rolled my eyes at her in response.

"Oh and take out, not dine in. We're running late." Luke winked at me and I smiled at him feeling proud.

Luke's cocky, lazy, a party addict, etc, but he's also the sweetest guy I've ever met. He's always been there for me.

My heart pounded deep inside me with glee. It always did and always will, just for him.

"Jeez woman! You're making a big mess in my car!" I giggled at Luke's reaction as I took a big bite of my burger. Some of the lettuce and tomatoes fell off and unfortunately, it landed on my chair between my thighs.

That cashier didn't listen to my small, simple suggestions but instead she made sure that the burger has lots of tomatoes and not a single hint of mayo. I didn't really get to check it out because I was at the toilet that time, fixing myself up. So, when I got the burger, it was already too late because we were already miles a way from the dine.

I took the lettuce and stuffed it in my mouth. I didn't bother picking the tomatoes up because I really don't like them. Something burned my skin, not literally. More like someone's observing every inch of me.

I turned and caught Luke looking at me instead of the road. He's eyes were darker than the usual. "LUKE! What are you-" I didn't get to finish my sentence as Luke's lips captured mine but it didn't last long. It was just a quick but powerful kiss. He turned his attention to the road with a big smile on his face.

"What the hell was that for?!" I was kinda annoyed with myself for wanting more of his touch. "A pay back." He simply said, still grinning from ear to ear. "For what?!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Is he serious?

"For sneaking on me earlier and leaving me longing for more."

"Are you fucking kidding me?!! I just did that because...." Fuck! I almost spilled the beans!

"Because....?" Luke had a teasing smile on and I hated how my body tensed up as a reaction.

"Because, because......ugh! I HATE YOU!" I really wanted to slap myself for saying that. I wish the ground would just open up and swallow me whole.

I blushed terribly under my wavy chocolate hair and Luke's laughter filled the whole car for the rest of the ride.

I know that I promised to update once I've reached 15-20 reads that I thought would take forever to happen so I didn't really expect this to happen. THANKS EVERYONE!
