"I will rip your lungs out and watch you suffocate in agony!" I scream as Dad drags me out of the cell, "Let me go back in! I was almost there!"
"Alex, you look like you've bathed in blood. You're going to hurt yourself." Dad takes the knife out of my hands as he gets down on his knees, "Dude, it's three in the morning."
"You don't understand, dad." Say hysterically, "As soon as we get answers, Lucifer can shut it down. He can just flick Metatron away. It'll all be fixed! He can restore the force field.
"Alex, he already has." Dad reminds me, "It's there. He found out that some teenagers found the hex bag and destroyed it. Now we're indestructible, Alex. At least, in here."
"But wouldn't it be nice to not have to look behind your shoulder everyone you go grocery shopping?" I desperately point out, "Don't you want to not fear your brother dying every time he goes outside?"
"You're not my daughter." He looks down at me with fearful eyes, "Alex, look at yourself. This isn't you. You're ballsy, yeah, but you're acting like a monster."
"Sorry to burst your bubble Dean-o, but she's not acting like a monster." Gabe appears in the doorway, "She's acting like her father. I watched you for years and if I remember correctly, when your first got these kids you never left the front yard. No one was going to hurt mama bears children."
"No one asked you, Gabriel." Dean snaps, "I'm just trying to protect her."
"And she's trying to protect you!" Gabe sneers
"Is that true?" Dad asks.
"Possibly." I cross my bloody arms, "If so, why does it matter?"
"Because you don't have to protect me, baby." Dad's face softens, "I'm your dad."
"Exactly. I want you to live forever." I scoff, "When I'm fifty and your ninety or something I want to have to pay a million dollars so I can keep you alive in a Hospital bed until I die."
"Al, you uncle and I, we can take care of ourselves." He pulls me into a hug.
"Yeah, well," I pull away, "That doesn't mean your daughter doesn't get worried. I mean, Dad, we get Abbadon to talk and it's over."
"Do you need me to work on her?" Lucifer appears on the doorway, "I can probably crack her."
"Will you do to her what you did to Sam?" Dean murmurs.
"If it comes to that." Lucifer avoids the eyes on my father as he shrinks into Abbadon's chamber, closing the door. Instantly, I hear loud screams and whimpering.
"Man, he's gotta teach me that." I smirk.
"No, he doesn't. Go get cleans up, sweetie, dinner's almost ready."
At dinner, Lucifer sits down at the table, snapping his fingers and all the bloody disappearing off of him.
"They're planing on doing so crazy stuff." His eyes land on Jack before quickly looking away. I clench my fists and take a deep breath.
"Like?" Cas mumbles, setting down a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese with mini hot dogs down in front of me and everyone else.
"Well... I think this is just an adult conversation." He glances at Bobby and I and I know the plan means either hurting us or whatever, I just know it has something to do with us.
"We're all adults here." I clench my teeth, "Please, speak."
"When you're old enough to drink that's when I'll tell you." Lucifer snaps.
