Everyone was standing by the door talking about what to do to help me, out of the corner of my eye i saw a needle sitting on the desk next to me. I reached over and grabbed the needle, yanking the cap off with my teeth everyone noticed me and rushed over to stop me, i held it over my heart.
"Please sweetie put the needle down." The first person to speak was a nurse on her silver name badge 'Melisa McCall' was wrote in big black letters.
"It could kill me right? if i stabbed it in my heart." I said, staring her in eyes, that were holding fear and worry in them.
"Please just give me the needle please." I saw a guy walking by the hallway, looking down at his phone a confused look on his face making his eyebrows come together making him look like a little lost puppy, he looked up at me and smiled then quickly turned serous when he noticed what was going on and rushed in the room.
"Scott, what the hell." Melisa said, and looked at him like he was crazy, then went back to starring at me like if she moved wrong or even blinked i would be gone.
"Hey look at me okay, i need you to put down the needle." he said, ignoring what i'm guessing his mother asked him, and started walking towards me slowly making me move the needle closer to my chest a little, causing him to stop at the end of my bed holding his hands in front of him.
"Why should i trust you, huh i know you all think i'm crazy, i'm not crazy." i said moving the needle more towards my chest.
"I never said you were crazy, look if you put the needle down i promise to help you, i won't let any of these people hurt you okay?" He said standing right at the end of my bed.
I stared in his eyes for a minute or two searching for any lies and found nothing but truth. I looked at the sheets then at his open hand waiting for the needle, i sighed and dropped the needle in his hand.
