I woke up by the sound of the birds singing, I smiled as I sat up, "what I beautiful day" I whispered as I looked at the window which was covered by the blind. All I saw was the bright light shining through the corners. I sighed as I stood up and stretched. I quickly got changed out of my sleeping gown, into clean clothes. I was wearing the normal Hopes Peak Uniform, which I liked because I thought it gave me an opportunity to look more like a doll. I smiled at the mirror while taking off my night cap, I noticed something off about my hair, I looked closely and saw I had a silver streak. I stood back, covering my mouth as I frantically shook my head, "no way, I need to dye my hair quickly!" I yelped as I ran into the bathroom, pulling out a box of (H/C) hair dye.

After I had rinsed then dye off, I looked in the mirror and smiled at the result, my hair was back to it usual colour, which I adored! I quickly picked up my bag and then got my shoes on before leaving for school.

As I was walking, I felt a tap on my shoulder, I stopped and spun round to now be facing my one and only best friend, "Nagito!" I smiled while hugging him, I was excited to see him again since I was off for a month or two because my complexion started looking more like a human than it did a doll, which I couldn't have as I am and was the SHSL Doll!

We walked to school together and spoke a bit on our way there!

Once we got to our class, we walked in and took our seats, we kept quiet until Miss Yukizome walked out of the classroom in search of something. Me and Nagito started talking (as he was sitting next to me), "hey, (Y/N)!" Nagito said as he faced me, I looked at him blankly and then tilted my head, "Hm?" I asked as he smiled, "you seemed to show some feelings earlier!" He smiled and I raised my right eyebrow, "yeah, well I do hold emotions, I'm not completely emotionless, but I don't show them as they have no purpose" he looked confused and then he grabbed my hand and pulled my out the classroom, "Nagito?" I asked as I was extremely confused to why he was pulling me out, he never answered until he got to a disabled toilet. He pulled me in and locked the door so no one else could enter. He looked at me watching him sit down on the floor, he pet a spot near him, signalling me to sit down, which I did.

"So, I'll tell you what I need to tell you I guess" Nagito said while smiling brightly, I nodded as a response, also signalling him to keep talking, he then held my hand and mumbled loud enough that I could hear, "I hope you accept my offer, (Y/N)..." he looked at me, still smiling but not as brightly, he looked me in the eyes and I looked back, he saw the slight hope in my eyes and I saw so much hope in his...

"Okay..." he coughed up and then tightened his grip of my hand, I kept looking at him, hoping he would tell me quickly as I was losing patience. He looked down at the ground as he scooted closer to me, he was now trying to avoid eye contact. I intertwined our fingers together, I saw a plum colour spread along his face as I did so. He looked up as my and opened his mouth like he was about to say something but seemed to not be able to piece the words together. I looked at him with sympathy in my eyes, "here I go..." he muttered while looking at me, still slightly smiling. "So?"
