Nagito had bought the shoes for you, you were - of course - over the moon. You couldn't stop thanking him for the boots, whilst he on the other hand kept telling you that trash like him doesn't deserve thanks from someone as amazing as you. Every time he said that your face would flush a dark red and you would remind him that he is not trash and you're not amazing (you are. >:( ) , but he would disagree with you, of course this argument wouldn't last long and the two of you would go and get some sushi and enjoy the rest of your day/evening, but this didn't happen this time...
"What did I tell you about calling yourself trash?!" You asked your S/O. Nagito's head was lowered, his hands were in a fist, "I... Y/N.... Please stop" he mumbled. Your face was red with anger, you were sick of him degrading himself, it hurt you but what was worse was that it hurt him, "Nagito, baby...." you said, tears glazing your eyes. All he could do was turn on his heel, "I-I'm going out..." he said, your eyes widened and you moved closer to him, "but it's 11 o'clock at ni-" he cut you off by walking out of the house. He slammed the door shut and you just collapsed onto the floor, you didn't know what had just happened. Tears rolled down your cheeks as you hugged yourself, "why..?" You asked yourself quietly.
