Megs pov ~

"NOOOO. I HATE HIM AND I HATE ANYONE WITH A PENIS."
I violently throw my phone across the room, causing it to bounce off my bed and somehow knock over my lamp. I curl up into a ball in the corner of my room. I can't help but let the tears itching to crawl out of my hazel coloured eyes fall onto my flushed cheeks.
"Meg. He's a dick. He didn't deserve you anyway!! I can't even believe he left you for that chick from maccas." Emma exclaims, trying to bring comfort to my shattered heart.
"What can I get you? Ice cream? Chocolate? A new phone perhaps....?"
I looked up at her in confusion. Great. My phone a massive crack straight down the middle. Thanks to my outburst, I now had an ugly iPhone.
"You know what?" I say
"What?" She replies, piping up due to my sudden change in mood.
"We need more ice cream. Let's go and get some ice cream."
Emma just stared at me as if she'd just seen a ghost. She looked down at what I was wearing. An oversize Ramones tank, long flannel pants, topped off with my black converse. I was making a huge fashion statement. "Dressed like.....that?" She states, gesturing towards my fashionable attire. "YEP. LETS GO TO WOOLIES"
Emma just rolls her eyes and follows me out the front door and to the car. It was absolutely bucketing down rain. Sydney was supposed to be hot and sunny. Not today. I felt the icy droplets land on my head and drip down to the root of my fiery red hair. It was in a messy bun, but I really didn't care. It was only Woolworths.
Emma took to the drivers seat, while I got shotgun.
Within a matter of minutes, she pulled up in front of the big green W. The place was really empty. Apart from us, there was one checkout lady. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be open this late. It's 9:30pm.
Emma scanned the aisle signs and looked for the frozen section. Her eyes grew wide as she spotted the sign. I follow her through the freakishly quiet space to the back of the shop.
There were so many to choose from. "Okay so, there are a couple to choose from. Chocolate, honeycomb, choc mint, caram-"
Emma was interrupted by a loud
group of guys entering the other end of the aisle. I already hated them. The four of them all seemed so obnoxious. That was until I realised. "Emma" I nudged her arm with my elbow. "Emma, they look so familiar" I say, discreetly pointing in their direction. "Well, duh! That's 5 seconds of summer" she states as if I should've known straight away. I'm not really into them that much. All I know, is that Emma is really into the Asian one. But we've never really listened to their music before.
"What're they doing here?" I ask bluntly as they look dreamily into the ice cream window.
"I don't know Meg, I think they're doing a concert right here, right now. " A huge grin plastered on her face as we both start cackling to her not-so-funny joke.
"What's so funny!?"
We abruptly stop our laughing. I turn to face a bright coloured hair boy standing inches away from me with a grim look on his face. My smile fades.
