Chapter 19: Clubbin'

*Tris Pov*

I am in my room getting dressed so that I can be ready in time to go into the club with Duke. It took me a while to find out what I was going to pick but I finally found it; A black mid thigh dress that is like a sweetheart neckline kind and lace sleeves and across the chest with black heels. I put on a really dark red lipstick, mascara, eyeliner and a light nude blush. I curled my hair and parted it in the middle.

Soon we are walking inside of the club and it's less people in here talking and setting up. It's 8:45 and it opens at 9 there is a huge line outisde. I sit at the bar watching Duke pull out beers, liqour, jack, tequila and limes.

"Would you like a drink?" He asks me as he wipes the bar and puts the rag up.

"Um just a coke for now" I say and he smiles at me and then starts it and slides me the glass cup. I slowly sip it and enjoy my conversation with Duke soon the club is packed and the music is blasting loudly. It's so cool seeing the club get filled.

Christina runs up to me soon with the gang right behind her and they engulf me in hugs.

"Hey guys drinks?" Duke asks them and they give him various drinks and pays him.

We soon get a booth to sit there so we won't crowd the already crowded bar.

"Don't worry my shift ends in another 45 minutes" Duke slides me a cup of Jack Daniels for me.

"Okay!" I shout over the music.

I go back to the table with a bounce in my step because they are playing one of my favorite songs Keep You by Wild Belle.

I sit on the outside of the table. Across from Christina beside Four.

"Hey guys" I say as I sip my drink feeling the warm but burning sensation flow down my throat.

"Hey Tris"

We talk for a long time until we see Duke walking towards us the same time Stranger by Skrillex comes on (This song played off of Divergent). We all smile and stand up.

"Do you want to come dance?" I ask him.

"Sure" He takes a sip of his drink then downs it setting the empty glass down on the table and we head out to the packed, grinding dancefloor.

We dance; spinning, jumping, laughing. The others grind and we laugh at them. We practically die of laughter when we see Zeke and Uriah twerking on random people. Well the best we can see since it is so dark in here.

I notice this pretty kinda tall girl with dark red hair, tattoo's, piercings and has a curvy body like me keep staring at Duke.

"Bro hot chick staring at you 5 O'clock." I say whispering in his ear. I point to her and she smiles when she see's him.

"Dude...go over there and talk to her" I nudge him.

"Okay do I look okay?"

"Yes" I deadpan "But give her your number...don't invite her back at the place because I don't need to hear you getting laid" I say and he nods and smiles and dance his way over there....smooth.

I grab Christina from dancing from Will and Will frowns at me and I laugh and me and Christina pull the other girls excluding Nita. We stand in the middle of the club and grind on each other making a show laughing. The boys start whistling. Maybe even some girls.

When the beat drops all of the lights go off red, yellow, blue, orange, and green lights bouncing everywhere. We just keep dancing and partying hard and to think I only had one drink.

Latch by Discloure comes on and I almost faint. I LOVE THIS FREAKING DJ.

We slowly dance to this one. Having a cool off from all of the crazy music. This DJ knows how to playing a good variaty of music.

I look up and see Four staring at me smiling. Little Creep. Most couples are dancing, laughing and kissing now. Well that is how the video was.

'I think we're close of enough'. I notice that I am standing right in front of Four at this very moment.

'To make my heart beat out my chest' that is exactly how I feel right now.

'I wanna lock in your love' The sprinklers above start to spray making us wet since we are partying so hard and hot in here it must think a fire is going to happen. Cooling us down.

It's just me and him staring face to face. All the partying, kissing, grinding and commotion surrounding us. The water pouring over us.

All of the things forgotten that is troubling all of the people that came here tonight like the club is to forget everything and have fun. It feels like everything is going in slow motion. EVERYTHING.

He slowly leans down our lips only about an inch away. So many thought running through my mind.

'Now I got you in my space'

'I'm latching on to you' We both lean forward our lips touching. Molding as one. I wrap my arms around his neck and he wraps his around my waist. I have to stand on my tip toes from the crazy height difference. I kiss him again faintly tasting the water still on his lips from the sprinklers. I smile into the kiss and he does the same. I pull away slowly and stare into his beautiful royal blue eyes.

"Sorry I just had to" I say calmly even though my mind is going a mile a minute..

"It's okay" He says smiling again and pecks my lips and walks away.

Now THIS is going to be my favorite song. Everytime Latch by Discolure comes on I am going to think that this is the song that made me kiss Four.
