"Is it strange that you asked me to take you away knowing that we don't know each other?" The girl asked Jennie as they get off her car, stopping in what seemed to be an abandoned building.
Jennie has been thinking about it too the whole ride, but she wouldn't be able to hold it anymore if she would leave her to be with Hanbin. Not tonight. Jennie smiled softly at the other girl, "Well, you are not going to kill me here, are you?" She joked.
The girl smirked at Jennie and walked towards the old building. "Well, yeah. 'Cause I'm not a murderer and to take note, that guy earlier clearly saw me with you. Oh, would I be charged for kidnapping?" She asked, mocking Jennie.
Jennie shook her head, a small smile still visible on her face. "It would be too dumb of him." She whispered as she set her eyes down. "Knowing that I voluntarily came with you." She added.
The other girl only nodded, not wanting to push any further from the conversation. She then headed towards the entrance of the building, before she stopped and turned back to Jennie. "You coming or you're just going to stand there?" She asked.
Jennie looked back at her and slowly walked.
"I'll get you a sit, if you want to go, you can go ahead. I have a gig." The girl told Jennie. Jennie once again looked at her in amusement. Silently, she is just glad that she did not came with a drug dealer or some sort of a bad guy. Instead, she sings.
It was the only time that Jennie noticed the dark aura of the girl. From her black over black outfit, her silver-brown gray hair, her dark eye make-up that just seemed to emphasize those protruding eyes that the girl possesses.
Her whole aura speaks badass.
And to say that Jennie was at awe would definitely be a dumb statement.
They entered the building and it somehow turned out to be a low-key bar. There wasn't a lot of people inside, but there was quite enough to make a different ambiance. Maybe it would help Jennie clear her mind for a while.
She stood in the entrance as she waits for the alt-girl whom until now, Jennie has no idea what her name was. She should really thank her for being kind enough to look after her tonight. Not to mention that it was their first meeting.
It didn't take the other girl too long to come back. She motioned for Jennie to follow her inside. Then, she led Jennie to the second floor of the bar, finding her a decent seat. A VIP seat to be exact, she settled Jennie on the near corner of the bar, but it definitely has the best angle to watch the performance that would be held on the stage below.
"Would you be fine being alone?" The girl asked Jennie. She wasn't the best person to show any other expression other than a stoic one and a sarcastic smile, but she was trying her best to look generous towards the lady.
Trying to impress wasn't her thing. Really.
Jennie settled in her seat and nodded at her. "Thank you. I will be just fine." She assured her.
She looked at Jennie as if she was convincing herself that it is okay to leave her for a while. Because she really must go, so she nodded in agreement.
"My friend will come here to check out on you. Just tell her everything you need. I'll head back once we're done." She told Jennie as she pointed out to another blonde girl, who looks younger while wearing a barista uniform. The girl waved at them.
The tall woman then headed down. Jennie's gaze followed the other girl's movement, she saw her greet what she thought were her band mates, handing her an acoustic guitar. She was just staring when the girl from the counter went up and talked to her.
