The wind was blowing in my face and the sky was ready to darken. The moon glowed faintly in the sky. My footsteps seem to echo throughout the parking lot and the jingling of my car keys bounced off the grey, cement walls. Jack nudged Cameron and I saw him turn around. I tried to look away, but he caught me.

"Heather!" He called out.

I turned to his direction and greeted weakly, "Hey...guys."

He jogged over my way and asked, "Where are you heading?"

"School."

He looked at the time on his phone screen. "Is it still open? This late?"

"Yeah. The gates close at 7 though. I...had to finish my project." I said.

He nodded understandingly. "Me and the guys are heading out for some dinner. And maybe someplace fun. You...from around here?"

I nodded.

"Great! Uh...maybe you can bring us for some good food and..."

"You wanna try out the amusement park?" I finished his sentence. "Since you said someplace fun, I thought, you'd wanna go to the amusement park." I said again.

He turned around and asked the guys, "You guys up for the amusement park?"

"Yeah" "Cool" "Bruhh" and we bursted out laughing after the last reply.

The music was loud in the car. I was sitting at the passenger seat in front because I was leading the way while Cameron drove. The rest of them were sitting at the back, joking around and laughing at their jokes. It was 6:55pm. The streetlights lit the way and we were on the way to Newark, the largest city here in New Jersey for some good food, specifically at Spanish Tavern.

"So did you enjoy yourself today at MAGCON?" Cameron asked.

"Mmhmm. It was really exciting, I mean the screams and all that energy."

"Haha, yeah, that's what it's all about. It's great meeting you guys." He said while keeping focus on the road.

"Oh, turn left." I pointed to the sign. He made a left turn and we arrived at our destination.

"We're here?" asked Matt at the back.

"Yeah." answered Cameron.

"Wooo FOODD!" Matt jumped out of the car and ran around like a kid.

Before I knew it, we were ordering tons of food and beverages. They were talking and chatting like usual. Cameron took out his phone and put his other arm around my shoulders.

"Say cheeeeese." The camera snapped the photo and I leaned closer to him to take a preview of the photo.

"The flash, haha." I said.

Cameron slipped his phone into his pocket and smiled, "Doesn't matter."

After dinner, we drove on to Jackson Township, Ocean County, where we'll be having loads of fun at the Six Flags Great Adventure amusement park I recommended.

"Look at that Roller coaster!" Carter shouted, feeling amazed and pointed at the one beside the amusement park, which is known to be the world's largest Rollercoaster, I've been told.

"That's Kingda Ka, the world's largest Roller coaster." I explained.

Cameron was driving, so he had a better view of it, "Zayumm, Imma get a ride on that." He said with a funny accent.

"Oh you will."

We got off the car, and I could feel the enthusiasm around me. People were screaming with joy from a faraway distance and kids were running around, chasing each other with a cotton candy in one hand and a balloon in another. The colourful light bulbs flickered on and off, creating some sort of design along with the huge banner and signboard above our heads that read: SIX FLAGS GREAT ADVENTURE, where all fun and adventure begins.

"This looks like a place I wanna be." said Jack as he admired the place in awe.

"Let's go!" I ran towards the entrance and we all got our tickets. The queue wasn't long but being this pumped up was a little bit exhausting.

"You guys go ahead." Said Cameron. I looked at him for awhile, trying to figure out what he was trying to say.

"I'm going to stick around with Heather." He continued.

The rest of them smiled and backed away. Seconds later, they were off to try out the fun rides and games, leaving only the both of us. Me, and Cameron Dallas.

"Why'd you do that?" I asked him.

He shrugged, with his hands in his pocket, "Thought I'd spend some time with my bae." I slapped his arm lightly and laughed. He stood there and stared at me, again, like the one back at the MAGCON. He's doing it again.

"Why do you keep doing that?" I asked, desperate to know his answer.

"Cause you're beautiful."

"Okay now you're beginning to sound like Augustus Waters." I said sarcastically.

"I thought girls love Augustus Waters?"

"There's nothing better than just being yourself." I responded.

He nodded and smiled. "We'll go for the Rollercoaster last." I broke the silence.

"Sure." He said softly. "Anything you want bae."
