The rest of the hours were mainly random dances presented by the MAGCON boys. They were grinding on the stage and a mascot emerged from the back and ground with them. They were doing backflips and laughing like crazy on stage. Towards the end of the MAGCON, the boys passed and high-fived girls who were at the front row as they were waking towards the back door exit. The shrieks never seemed to end and Bailey, Sarah and Kesha were still squealing for me. "This must be the most interesting MAGCON by far." Said Kesha.

"Oh my gosh, Heather! Did you see the way he stared at you? He couldn't take his eyes off you!" said Sarah with a huge smile.

I could sense she was proud of me. But what for? "Cmon girls. Snap out of it. I bet he does that to millions of girls." I replied, trying to brush off the situation.

"Yeah, but a free hoodie? I don't think so." Bailey pointed out.

"It was just a 'sorry gift'. Nothing big or special."

I said. Kesha was lying on the bed, again, looking out the huge window. "You know what, suit yourself, Heather. But we're gonna tell you, it's something alright. The way he looks at you and stuff." Kesha said lazily while looking at the view through the window.

"When are you guys checking out of this hotel?" I asked, trying to skip the subject.

"Probably tonight." answered Bailey lazily.

I stood up from the chair I was leaning on, "I'm gonna go."

"What? Why?" Bailey asked.

I grabbed my keys and shrugged, "The project. I have to get it done."

They didn't say a word and neither did I. They know this project means a lot to me. And they made their promise. The hotel door closed behind me as I stepped out of the room and into the hallway.

"Hey, isn't that...?" Kesha looked down through the window and saw Nash, Matt, Carter, Jack & Jack as well as Cameron walking out of the hotel. They were heading out for dinner, it seems.

Kesha turned around, "Heather!" She called out. But Heather was already out the door and on her way down.

I was in the elevator, and the music didn't seem as soothing anymore. Maybe it was because of the fight we had, well, sort of a fight. The doors dinged open and I looked up with a heavy heart. The doorman opened the door for me again, and I smiled back. I walked out of the hotel entrance and made my way to the parking lot when I heard familiar voices.

"Hey Nash, Nash, watch what Jack can do." And then followed by laughter. I turned to the corner and saw Nash, Matt Carter, Jack & Jack and also, Cameron hanging out around the parking lot. They were just about to head out somewhere. My truck was just a few feet away from their car. I flicked my phone on and glanced at the time. 6:38pm. I couldn't wait any longer. The school gates close at 7pm. It's now or never, Heather Martin. I gathered all my strength and prepared myself for my walk of embarrassment.
