The next day, Lu Xia was going up against Zhiming.

"Yan Zhiming serves first." The referee said as Lu Xia and Zhiming went to their sides of the court.

"If he wins this game, Lu Xia will enter the first team." Qiao Chen said as I rolled my eyes.

"Lu Xia will win. That's why you lost against him." I told him, smirking.

Xing Long tried not to laugh, making me smile as Qiao Chen gave me a glare.

"But Yan is really formidable. He's been in the first team for half a year." Xing Long said with a smile as we now watched the game.

Zhiming starts the first serve and sooner or later, he gets the first point.

"This shot was good. But you still made a bad shot." He said to Lu Xia who gave him an unreadable expression.

Zhiming starts the next serve and he gets another point. Again.

'Come on, Lu Xia.'

"The game has just begun." Zhiming said.

"Let's wait and see."

"It seems like he's having fun." Qiao Chen said, his arms crossed.

"It is hard to beat Yan's data-tennis." Xing Long said, making me glance at Zhiming.

'So he gathers data? Huh.'

Lu Xia was now serving the ball, giving Zhiming another point.

"He also predicted the path of the ball."

"Yan saw through Lu Xia so soon."

Now, Zhiming was literally naming Lu Xia's hits, etc.

"Your strategy..."

"It may be helpful to you."

"No, it's not." Lu Xia said, making me smile.

"He will not give up like this." Zhou Zhi said as he now sat next to me.

Lu Xia did the next serve but the ball didn't even go over the net.

'What is going on?'

"Did you also see that one?" Lu Xia asked across the court.

"That's beyond my expectations."

"Why is Lu Xia playing like that?" Xing Long asked.

"He's just getting angry." Qiao Chen said with a smirk.

"Zhiming's strategy is to simulate virtual games. He collects information and he uses that like a game simulation in the match. His strength and technique are not the best, but he can corner his opponent like playing chess." Zhou Zhi said as I glanced at Zhiming.

"Yan is like a wall to Lu Xia."

"Lu Xia will find a way." I said, confidently as I still watch the game.

The last hit, Lu Xia did a high ball but Zhiming hit it back, earning himself a point.

"That one was good. Estimating my height and stretch, you can always hit the ball to an unexpected position. Your skill is better than mine. But... no matter how many good shots you make, I can always hit the ball back when I can estimate the drop points. I have to admit, you will be a main player someday. But this time... I will win." Zhiming said as he readjusted his glasses.

"It's good to be here. I can beat so many master players." Lu Xia said as they went back to the match.

The next thing you know, Lu Xia started using the split step that I taught him.
