MATT'S POV-
I awaited the arrival of the agent with the team of FBI anxiously. After about 20
minutes a bunch of SUVs with blue and red flashing lights came speeding toward us.
Each SUV had 3 agents armed with guns and tazers. This is it, I'm gonna get my baby
girl outta that building.
STEPHEN'S POV-
Ahaha... These idiots actually think I'm going to help them?! I would never betray my
brother. Oh I forgot to mention... I'm Doug's younger brother. "C'mon Stephen, let's
go.", the twit Taylor demanded.
TARA'S POV-
I feel like I haven't eaten in days. Wait... Are..are.. Those ...s-sirens? I'M SAFE!! Matt
found me! He's come to my rescue!!
TAYLOR'S POV-
The FBI commanded us to stay back and let them handle this,but I'm not gonna do that.
The FBI busted through the doors "FBI!!! HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM!!! PUT
ALL WEAPONS ON THE GROUND!!!" They yelled in unison. It wasn't that easy.... And
all of a sudden shots were being fired left to right. Matt and I ran through the house in
search for Tara. We heard a scream come from under the floor, it was Tara. I searched
for any way to enter but there was no way. I checked under a large rug. BINGO. "Tara!!
Are you in here?!!" Matt yelled. "Matt???!!! Is that you!!??", a faint voice replied. "Oh
my gosh,Tara!! Let's get you outta here!!", Matt exclaimed.
MATT'S POV-
I carefully picked up Tara's frail body, and started up the steps. "No, it's too dangerous.
Go out the back door.. Over there.", she pointed. I carefully took her out the back door
to safety. As we approached the SUV, the FBI had Molly,Alfonzo, and Cassie in
handcuffs. "Where's Doug?" Taylor questioned. The doors of the big building were
opened once again and out came Doug... Lifeless. I hugged Tara so so tightly. BANG!
BANG! All I saw was Stephen in front of me,With a gun pointed towards Tara. It took
me a second to realize what had just happened. Tara's grip on my loosened. Tears
started streaming down my face. I rubbed the back of her head and found blood...
That's when I knew... With her condition plus 2 blows to the head.. She wasn't going to
make it. I fell to the ground with Tara cradled in my arms..she was breathless. "I-I love
you so---much Tara .", my sniffles and cries made it hard to speak. Out the corner of
my eye I could see Stephen being arrested and then Taylor... Sat on the ground sobbing.
Tara's beautiful eyes stared up at me. She was so weak .. "I love you Matt." Was all she
was able to say before her eyes shut. I sobbed uncontrollably. I can't believe what I'm
witnessing.
-FUNERAL-
(1 WEEK LATER)
~MATT'S POV ~
I still couldn't put the death of my beautiful baby Girl behind me. I just wanted to be
home and alone by myself. The ceremony was beautiful and I know for a fact the Tara is
in heaven looking down on all of us. After Tara's family had given their speeches, all of
the guys had said their part. Now it was Taylor's turn.
-TAYLOR'S POV-
My eyes were a puffy red color. I couldn't bare the thought of Tara being gone. I managed to pull myself together. I began:
Tara Collins May have been my ex, but she was ALWAYS a close friend. I can't even look in the mirror without knowing that all this was because of me. I always put trust in the wrong people. I did some pretty messed up things in life and because of it, I lost my beautiful best friend. I know Tara is in heaven looking down upon each and every one of us. Goodbye Tara I love you and I miss you so much.
I returned to my seat in the crowd. It was now Matt's turn. Matt got up from he seat and approached the front of the ceremony.
-MATT'S POV-
It was now my turn. I was so nervous and sad. I was emotional. I proceeded with my letter:
Tara, was my first friend when I moved here 2 years ago. I always had feelings for her but I could never truly express them. Tara and I had a bumpy relationship but It turned out the best. She was the most gorgeous girl that any human eye could ever see.
I wish I could've had more time with her. She's forever in my heart, and forever in my heart she shall stay. I'm not going to say goodbye because I know for a fact that I will see her again. I love you so much Tara. Rest in piece darling.
As I finished everyone had tears in their eyes. Once I had returned to my seat, a slide
show of Tara from birth to death began to play. It played her favorite song "A thousand
years" by Christina Perry. As the pics of her and I began to show all I could think of was
Tara's last words... "I love you Matt."
