Hello all. 👋 should I add some new characters? Cus I have reference images and ideas but I'd like to know. So yeah this is defo my longest story and I'd love to actually finish this one. I don't know how long it will be because at the rate I'm going I'm doing every little detail. So enjoy this chap people. :) also we're almost at more reads than my septiplier book (which is discontinued and very bad if you were to read it) so yay.

"Can't believe I finally got an attic room!" Rowan exclaimed for the millionth time.

"We get it!" The rest of his siblings quipped back at the boy.

"Well I'm sorry I'm excited." He says in a mocking tone.

It had been around two days since they first arrived and unpacked. The time went by fast but nothing had really been decorated. They hadn't found the time to go out and get 'aesthetics' as Rowan liked to refer to them.

"We should really get round to buying some stuff for our rooms already" Rowan finally suggested.

All of his siblings agreed to do it first tying the next morning. So now all Rowan had to do was, wait an entire night. Asking the impossible the teen thought silently to himself. He could not fathom into words how much he wanted to make that opinion vocal.

But he decided to just suck it up and wait. Wait, wait, and wait. He checked the clock and he had been saying wait over and over in his mind for around ten minutes. This was going to be a very long night, he thought to himself.

"A very long night indeed" he finished in a halfway between whisper and regular volume.

——later on in the night——

Everyone was long since asleep now, all except for the one and only Rowan. He so badly wanted to sleep but his mind just wouldn't allow it. So he decided to wear his remaining energy down by walking around his room for a solid hour with little to no breaks.

That did the trick. Just a few minutes after he got back into bed he was out. He decided he was going to remember that trick for future reference.

——morning——

Rowan woke up to the sounds of his four siblings arguing over who knows what for who knows why. He shoved his face into his pillow hoping the noises would just die already.

Then he remembered that they were going to buy aesthetics today.

He sprang up so quickly that he fell over immediately after but he didn't seem to notice the pain or the event too much at all. After hurriedly making himself look presentable and getting dressed, he made his way downstairs quickly.

"Who's ready time go shopping!!" He exclaimed loudly as his slid downstairs on the railing. Before jumping down perfectly and flawlessly at the end, to which his siblings rolled their eyes at.

"Let's just go get the car" Connie suggested to Alex to which he nodded eagerly, probably to be rid of this situation already.

They were all now in the car talking excitedly among each other. Alex was driving and Connie was shotgunning, because their parents said they had to go do something. Everyone immediately joked about getting another sibling already. Their parents never looked so disappointed in their lives.

As soon as they left, they arrived.

Everybody got out of the car and went in. Rowan immediately knew what he wanted. Desk, gaming chair, lights and some cool decorations.

Connie and Alex were after; blue and pink lights, some bulletin boards because Rowan wouldn't share his, and notepads.

Aaron was after all the gaming stuff he could find.

And finally Marc was after whatever caught his eye.

After everyone agreed to split up and meet back up in around an hour, they all went on their separate directions.

Rowan decided to ask a staff member where he could find desks, to which the staff member happily agreed to help him. After picking out a desk he made his way over to lights and bought several different ones each with separate purposes. He was going to order leds online on top of that. Now for gaming chairs.

As he approached the gaming chairs he saw one that caught his eye, purple and white. His signature colours everyone seemed to think.

As soon as it began everyone had their stuff and they were paying. It was a bit of a struggle to pack everything into the car but they managed. And they were driving back home with no further difficulties.

"So that was fun and non stressful wasn't it?" Aaron asked in his annoying peppy tone he seemed to have when he wanted to annoy people.

"Yeah it was" Marc replied hoping to kill the conversation with his monotonous lack of interest in it. But no Arron took this as a 'oh I'll just continue then'.

"Well I think our rooms are going to look awesome I don't know about you guys" he boasted just because he could.

"Yeah yeah" Alex piped up from the front as Connie snickered quietly at her phone, presumably messaging Olivia yet again.

"You keep messaging this girl Olivia, you sure your sure you're asexual?" Rowan questioned teasingly.

"Oh shut up" the girl snapped a little harsher than intended as Rowan chuckled nervously.

That was the end of that, all conversation after that was just small talk. They were glad to finally be away from social situations for another four days before two had to go to school, one needed to decide what he was going to do with his life, and the other two needed to decide if their life was even going anywhere except dumb stuff and laughs. Which in Alex's and Connie's case, they were going to be doing dumb stuff all their lives, just slower.

They had finally arrived home and Rowan needed some help carrying his stuff. He was questioned heavily about how many lights he had bought but other than that it went smoothly. This wasn't too bad after all Rowan had caught himself thinking many times that day.

Hello everybody! Hope you enjoyed, I'm also getting back on schedule. Kinda lets see how long it will last. Sorry if this chapter seemed rushed and kinda all over the place. But I guess it was a time filler just for some more character development I guess. But I sincerely hope you are all still enjoying this story and I still deeply apologise for my absence.

Stay fantastic!
