A long...long...long time ago. The gods created the land of Serpantos. The gods of elements. Each god created something different and unique to sustain life!

The god of fire created sea volcanoes to soon form land for living things. The god of water created rain and the seas. The god of wind created air to sustain life. Lastly, the god of earth created the soil and all living things.

All the gods saw their creation, and it was good, except they missed something. They wanted to create a being to maintain the land and to keep it prosperous.  So they created Serpents or otherwise known as dragons.

These dragons were simple dragons that did everyday things. Eat, sleep, and play. Life was simple, but the balance in the gods' eyes wasn't enough.

Soon the gods sent monstrous disasters all over the land. Volcanos erupted, tsunamis washed away the land, the earth shook, and the winds blew hard.

Soon these disasters started to calm down, and everything went back to normal. But what they didn't know was what had been created during that time.

In the year 2000, a group of young hatchlings bounded across an unexplored field of boulders.

They were playing hide and seek, and the youngest dragon was it.  He was never good at the game and was never appreciated, soon upon minutes of looking the poor hatching couldn't find one dragon.

But out of the glimmer of his eye, he could see something shiny. Something rather unusual. As he approached, he came upon a boulder. Weird, he thought and decided to look around it.

Behind the boulder were seven stones of different colors. These stones weren't like other stones that were found, but these seemed unique to him. Afraid to touch them he decided to call his friends out. Soon the rest of the dragons came out groaning and complaining saying that he was of no fun. The dragons flocked the littlest one to see what he was causing a fuss.

As they approached, they oohed and awed as they saw the stones but yet they were timid on what to do with the stones. The dragons voted to use the littlest one to touch one of the stones. As the little one approached he was hesitant, so many colors to chose from but one stood out.

It was bright red with hints of orange and yellow. The colors were so vibrant and fascinating that the little dragon had to touch it. Soon a bright flash of light radiated the area and when it vanished there stood the little dragon.

He was no longer simple but extravagant. Multiple colors of red replaced his dull scales, and along the spine to the tip of the tail flames rise and fall upon him.

This dragon's name was Frezu. Soon the oldest dragon in the group became jealous and grabbed one of the stones and was transformed too.

His scales were replaced with the color of purple and had purple streaks of flame and hair flowing alongside his neck. This dragon's name was Hatuii. Soon all the dragons took a stone to transform, and the start of dragon species began.
