Tomorrow Part Five: A New Day, A New War Begins

It was early morning and lord Megatron and Optimus prime went out to retrieve the last ancient relic along with a group of vehicons and insecticons for extra protection against any surprise attacks. During that time a small squad consisting of bumble bee, knockout, smokescreen and Starscream were at the old autobot base, looking any useful items that were not destroyed in the explosion, unfortunately everything was mostly broken with ratchets's tools but some of the ancient relics they had were mildly broken but can be fixed. The artefacts that the autobots have rescued are :
The polarity gauntlet
Phase shifter
The apex armour
The artefact tox-en was removed ages ago by bulkhead and dreadwing in the volcano near by the area and the artefacts that the decepticons have in their possession are:
The spark extractor
Shield generator
Resonance blaster
And finally the forge of solus prime has been shared equally between both sides for various purposes, but unfortunately the forge is loosing its powers overtime, they were using it to make many new items for combat, healing and upgrading the ship. Everyone was preparing for tomorrow's attack on the sector seven base, it was going to be ugly but it will be worth it to save their comrades, both leaders have been spending most of their time formulating a plan, Optimus has suggested many times to restrict the amount of violence against the humans, to lessen the large number of lives they will probably be taking tomorrow but the prime knew that death is unavoidable and mech needed to stopped once and for all.
The plan is the that everyone will be split off  into three different groups:
Group #1: The stealth team, consisting of:
Smokescreen. He is most famous for using the phase shifter in difficult situations.
Arcee. Well...um because she is small and can sneak or squeeze into very small places? She will be using polarity gauntlet.
Bumblebee and knockout are back up support if things go wrong and knockout will there for any small medical procedure if needed and they will be sharing the shield generator. Only Because knockout wants to protect his precious paint job, so typical of him.

Group #2 the attack squad, consisting of flyers and grounders:
The air support team
Megatron. For obvious reasons and will be using his fusion cannon but more upgraded.
Dreadwing. He will be in charge of the seeker troops.
Starscream. As much as he hates it being separated from his mate, he will helping out in this group along with his apex armour suit to help the ground team if needed
Seeker vehicon troopers. Extra fire power.
Predaking. Despite him needing more rest he will fight along side his team.
The ground support team
Optimus. For more obvious reasons and protecting the innocent people around the area. He will be using the resonance blaster.
Bulkhead. Size and strength alone his best weapon along with the forge of solus prime.
Eradicons. Again for extra, extra fire power.
They will definitely not be using the spark extractor for this mission and the immobiliser is completely useless against earth based machines.

And finally the third team is the reinforcement and pick up duty squadron.
Group #3 the back up team, consisting of:
Soundwave. The Ground bridge and communication officer....duh.
Ratchet. Immediate medical attention bot.
And guess what....even more vehicon troops on stand for back up.
Along the way the leaders were debating on whether or not to bring in the insecticons for this mission but then they thought that they would go over board and kill everyone and everything in the base and they decided to leave them in the ship for time being and agent fowler shall be informed of their attack as soon as possible just so the government won't try to interrupt them, but they very well do know that they will cause a lot of trouble for the human world overlords with this attack.
Hopefully everything will go to plan and Airachnid and shockwave will be safe sound, along with their sparkling too.

The mountain location of the last relic

"Form small groups and spread out around the area" Megatron ordered as he and Optimus made their way to the mountain side where the vehicons and insecticons removed half of the mountain to find the relic and as soon as they saw it they immediately froze. "Is that what I think it is?" Megatron mumbled out and Optimus was the first one to walk up to it and laid both servos on the weapons handle.
"The Star Saber" Optimus said then gripped the handle tightly and with one hard pull the sword was released from the rock, some of the vehicon troops watched with aww as prime held the bright glowing blue sword above his helm. Even Megatron was at a loss for words as he sorta feared that if they ever get into a fight, Optimus will probably have the upper servo and win *click* just like that.
"Well then, that will definitely help us for tomorrow battle" Megatron said while walking up to Optimus with his servos behind his back.
"Indeed it will, but...." Optimus trailed off as he stared at the sword intently, Megatron tilted his helm a little as Optimus  wore a frown on his face, the gladiator suspected that Optimus didn't want to hurt the humans but they had to do what needed to be done.
"Optimus are you having second thoughts again about this mis-"
"No, it's not that, I'm receiving a message from Alpha Trion..." And then suddenly he went completely silent and a very stern expression appeared on his features.
"Um... Hello, Optimus?" Megatron asked and looked around in confusion, most of the other vehicons were surprised as well but no one made a move to disrupt the prime's sudden power down.
