*chirp chirp*

I woke up with the sun blaring in my eyes.

"Uggggghhhh" I sigh softly. My head was pounding. I got up and checked the time. It's noon. Ok. I don't start work until 1:00. I threw on a hoodie and made my way to the kitchen.

"Maja! I thought you would've left by now" I say as a sit down at the counter and flipped on the light. Maja was hunched over wrapped in a blanket with her hands around a coffee.

"Shhhhhh Y/N.... shut that siren of a mouth. And please turn of those mini balls of fire floating in the air." She groaned loudly and plopped her head into her hands.

I laughed.

"Yeah you got pretty drunk last night". Last night. I suddenly remembered the guy from the bar. I checked my phone hopefully. Nothing.

Maja pulled herself together and left rather quickly. As soon as I shut the door behind her and ran to my scrapbook. I opened it to find the napkin with the number on it. Exactly where I left it. The number matches the one on my phone. Maybe he got it wrong some how? Maybe  I got it wrong?

I start to panic.

Oh god. That was the most stupid thing I've ever done. He's going to think I'm desperate.

I quickly went to my phone to figure out how to unsend it.

*knock knock*

Maja probably came back for something. She's forgetful in that way.

I swung open the door.

It was the guy from the bar.
