Chapter Fifty-three

2nd Person View

The train was engulfed in darkness, it continued like that. Your dark thoughts slowly disappeared which made you wonder what happened and why it was disappearing. It's not that you liked thinking like that, it's just that it's so sudden.

You were laying next to Khun as you pondered. It was quiet, too quiet. The silence was deafening.

"This is an announcement for all regulars on the train. The train... Has just arrived the floor of death."

You stared out the window as you were intrigued by the view. Endorsi and Bam was standing, each of them was standing on a different lighthouse while you had to share with Khun. Not that you mind.

"So this is the floor of death... It looks as terrifying as the rumors say..." Khun spoke.

"Are you scared?" You asked Khun in a teasing manner.

"No, but are you?" Khun asked back.

"We have finally arrived." Hwaryun said.

You all turned to see Hwaryun.

"Hwaryun?" I asked.

"We're getting off soon so get ready. There isn't a proper station so we have to jump off." Hwaryun said.

"...We're jumping off?!" Khun asked as he suddenly controlled his lighthouse to land on the floor.

You almost fell off midway, making you hug onto Khun for your dear life. Not that you mind dying...

"What do you mean 'jump off'? There's nothing over there." Khun said.

"It's not that there's nothing there, you guys just haven't seen the real floor of death." Hwaryun explained.

"What...? Haven't seen..? You mean it's like a hallucination?" Khun asked.

"No. It's like leather. That red liquid that you guys see is the corpse and blood of the administrator who was murdered by Enryu, an irregular. The real floor of death is covered by that body over there." Hwaryun explained. "You'll see the real floor of death once we get inside that corpse. From now on, I suggest that you don't only believe what you see with your eyes. This place is hostile to the living."

"Hey Hwaryun, look what I can do..." You said as you created a Hwaryun using your water.

"(Y/n), I taught you that." Hwaryun said.

"Right... How do you make it talk again..?" You asked.

You were looking down on the floor through the open door with Boro and Khun.

"We're supposed to jump from here...? Man, this is just insane..." Boro said.

"...Just keep it simple. If we see you jump and survive, then the rest of us will go in after you." Khun replied.

"Easy peasy." You added.

"You say the scariest things like they're nothing." Boro said. "Ugh, I don't think I can do it."

"You're such a baby." Sachi said.

You blocked out the noise as you were sitting near the door, your legs were dangling off. You couldn't take your eyes off of the view. It intrigued you so much that it doesn't look terrifying for you. It was like you've got to go there. It was like there was someone calling you.

Your trance were broken off by Yura and the others arriving. You stood up and stood beside Khun as you watched them converse. Your eyes were focused on the cloaked figure beside Yura. He seemed awfully familiar but you can't quite place your finger on it.

"Khun, I'm bored." You whispered to him.

He gave you a weird look as if saying that something serious was happening and all you could think about is your entertainment. He looked back at Yura and they decided to make a deal.

They were now outside the train standing on Khun's lighthouse while you watched as you sat on the door, letting your legs dangle on the abyss.

The author wasn't putting a lot of dialogue since she was lazy AF and Yura told them what had happened to Wangnan's team and about the thorn fragment. Khun didn't want to let Yura go that easily.

"Why are you all gathered here?"

There was finally a dialogue. After a lot of paragraphs, you have successfully foun a dialogue.

"That bastard..!" Yuri said.

"Karaka?!"

"I was going to just leave quietly but I don't think that you would all be here. It's as if you're praying for me to kill you." Karaka said.

It made you wonder how he talks, he's wearing a metal mask? But how does he breath in it? There's no holes. How is his voice not muffled by his mask? How does he live with that metal thing on his head? If that's his face then where's his mouth or nose?

"If death is your dream then I'll make it come true!!" He yelled before attacking them.

"You little-" Yuri shouted before countering Karaka's attack.

Khun and the others were affected by Karaka's attack.

"Khun!! Bam!!" You yelled worriedly.

"How are you still alive?! I'm sure that I killed you!" Yuri shouted.

"I don't know, maybe I'm an immortal god." Karaka replied.

"Cut the crap!!" Yuri yelled before attacking Karaka.

You couldn't quite hear what Karaka was saying afterwards but you watched as Yura and the cloaked man was dragged away by the 'god of fug'.

"How dare you?!" Yuri asked as she sent a powerful attack.

He tried to take Bam but failed.

"Isn't it my lucky day, (Y/n) (l/n), you're coming with me too!!" Karaka yelled as he grab your leg and dragged you with him.

"(N/n)!!" Khun yelled as he tried to followed but Evan stopped him.

You were successfully taken by Karaka.

So... This is the second time you were kidnapped successfully. It took them at least 4 tries I think.

1 was when you were beaten by a metal fish. (unsuccessful)

2 was when you were stabbed by Afriel.  (unsuccessful)

3 was when Hamako fooled you by making you think he was Kaito. (successful)

And 4 is when Karaka grabbed you by the leg. (successful)

So yeah...

Random thought:

What if anime truly exists and instead of them watching anime they watch us instead... (If that makes sense) and they fall in love with us but they think we're not real and vice versa.

Wouldn't that be sad?
