*time skip in dream*
I opened my eyes to a familiar scent that hit my nose. "I'm in the hospital...but.. how?". I tried to get up but one of the nurses rush in and layer me back down. I asked her what happened but she just smiled and left. A memory slowly appeared in my head, the memory of my parents death in an awful car wreck, so slowly my thoughts played like a record player haunting me everyday.
One of the doctors came in to see if I was alright and to also break the news. They decided they had to take me to a adoption center. Once I got the news every part of my body shivers. "A foster home?!...but why?... don't I have family left?". The doctor looked at me then we both froze in silences. "I'm sorry that own only option right now", the doctor said. I nodded my head and started to get up. "I'm ready..I guess "
We arrived at the adoption center and we walked inside and one of the ladies there grabbed my bags and showed me to my room. The room was an ok size but I noticed there was two beds, "why are there"... Just as I was about to finish my sentence a girl that looked about my age came in. See stared for a while then looked away.
After a while I finished unpacking and sat on my bed and looked around. It was very roomy,the walls were a nice night blue sky like color, but there were band posters everywhere. Surprisingly I new a lot of the band but then I noticed she was wearing a black wolf tail?
I was very curious and want to ask but I was to nervous so i just stared until she finally noticed and I looked away. "Clare" my name is Clare" she Said in a chill way. I'm Jackson Carter, nice to meet you. "You hunrgy" ,she asked. Now that I really think about it I haven't eaten all day so I guess I should try. "Yeah I am", I replied very shyly because when it comes to new people Im always way to shy to talk or wave a hello instead I just looked down for most of the time. She handed me a bag of Doritos and a Sprite to drink. I was very grateful for what I have really. Thats how I am all the time grateful for everything I have ever gotten, now most people would probably think I'm lying when I say this but I really am truly thankful for lot even though I didn't like it.
