So Katsuki and Izuku have been dating since they were six. They got engaged when they were 15. Izuku got into music instead of being a hero after he found out he was quirkless. Inasa, Camie and Shinso met Izuku through a music club that he did after school. The four of them became a band called Zero Effect and they travel the world doing concerts (since they are pretty famous). Katsuki is still in UA and frequently talks to his boyfriend along with secretly caring about his friends though he won't admit it if you ever asked him.
