Chapter Eleven: The Beginning of Everything

Christmas was coming. One morning in mid-December, Hogwarts woke to find itself covered in several feet of snow. The Great Lake become more solid and frozen causing a big problem in the Slytherin dorms with the high level of their students getting fever one by one  like Sunghoon who were, from Jungwon and Jake's story, were always the closest sleeping next to the window in their dorm room.

The few owls that managed to battle their way through the stormy sky to deliver mail had to be nursed back to health by Hagrid before they could fly off again and in Sera's visit to the owlery, the gentle gamekeeper pleaded her not to send letter for a while to not endanger the poor little creatures.

Heeseung despite of acknowledging the problem, complained on their way back to the Castle. "Now I don't know how could I inform my mother what should the gifts it must for everyone in my friends"

"Just don't give me a howler or else you'll receive nothing from me, Heeseungie!", exclaimed the girl to lighten up his mood and it worked like a magic as always.

Heeseung wrapped his arm around her shoulder, messing up the cripsness of her robe a little. "Of course, my gift would be the best for you for being my bestest friend here"

She remove the hold he has on her, chuckling as the both of them started to climb up the front stairs. "Do it and I might just give you the popular sweetest chocolate in the muggle world once my parents sent it to me in the holidays"

"What is the difference anyways between our sweets to the muggle sweets?", asked Heeseung, smiling at the thought of what would her gift be to him.

"All I know is that us muggles didn't put any spell on any desserts and it wasn't jumping like the chocolate frog", Sera replied, recalling her first shock at the train, from buying some to the lady and that was the first time Jake and Jungwon cracking up for her sake.

"I couldn't wait then for the lessons to end and for the christmas to come", said Heeseung smiling as the two see Jungwon and Jake coming out from one of the dungeon's archway, covered fully in with green scarf on their head down to their neck.

"Do you think that two would stay here as well and not go home?", wondered Heeseung, disappointed when the two Slytherin didn't see them on making their way towards the Great Hall upstairs in the second floor.

"We could ask them later at lunch with the rest of the gang", she supplied for him, excited to know if the Gryffindor duo and Ni-ki will stay as well.
