The morning of September first, smoke filled the air as the giant mahogany train pulled in front of me, my light blonde ponytail swaying a bit from the wind. I watch as kids give their families one last hug and step up onto the train. Looking up at my older brother I couldn't help but mutter "I'm nervous". My family has never been keen of sharing feelings, but me and my brother always looked out for eachother.

He ruffled up his platinum blond hair, "Whats there to be nervous about" a tint of sarcasm in his raspy morning voice. He grabbed my little mint colored bag and stacked it onto his larger leather one.

"What if I don't get into Slytherin" He looks over and furrowed his eyebrows.

"You'll be fine. You're a Malfoy and Malfoys always get into Slytherin" a large croud of Dracos friends walk up besides us. One girl, a short brunette who in a fairness reminded me of a pug. Then two bigger guys, that looked liked they could've played the roles of dumb and dumber, came up behind her.

"Drakie Poooooo" the girl chanted, throwing her arms around my stiff brother. He isn't much of a hugger, got that from my dad, Lucius Malfoy. I couldn't help but let out a tiny laugh when my brother scruched his face.

"Whos this" the taller of the two boys stepped in front off me. HIs burely body shadowing over me, making me feel incredibly small. Which in all fairness... I was.

"My sister" He stepped between me and the boy, "June, June Malfoy. She's going to be a new Slytherin asset this year" he bragged.

"Draco" I nudged his back and motioned towards the train.

"Right, we have to go" He grabbed the bags once again and stepped off the Platform.

I headed onto the train after him, I'm technically a fourth year but it's my first day at hogwarts. I don't know anyone, obviously, excpet a few people Draco has brought home on occasions. Speaking of Draco, he decided to move to the back of the train and sit off with crabbe and goyle. Great, just great. I look around the train and awkwardly make my way down different isles. "You can sit here if you'd like?" A high pitched voice chimes from a nearby comparatment.

I make my way down the crowded isle and peek into the friendly comparatment. I see four unfamiliar faces, a red haired male-stuffing chocolate frogs into his mouth, a brunette female-giving the ginger a look of disgust, a ginger girl-sitting besides the brunette, and a brunette male with round glasses.

"I'm Hermione granger, come sit" the brunette pats a spot between her and her ginger friend. "This is Ronald Weasley" the ginger stops stuffing his mouth and waves awkwardly. "Ginny Weasley" the girl blushes. "And Harry, Harry Potter"

"Nice to meet you guys. I've heard a lot about you, Harry, I think my brother has a an crush on you" the girls both laughed softly but the boys sat confused. "Oh i'm sorry I forgot to introduce myself, my names June" looked around at them, all curious on which family I was from. Honestly im surprised they couldn't figure it out on their own. Light, piercing grey eyes, long blonde hair, sharp features, pale skin, rosey cheeks, I could keep going forever. "June Malfoy" I give a weak smile.

Ron and Harry looked at eachother nervously as Hermione twitched in her seat. Ginny on the other hand, handed me an acid pop and whispered in my ear, "They're not too fond of your brother, don't take it too personally" I let out a light laugh to let her know that I wasnt offended.

"Yeah, my brothers not a people person." Of course she probably already knew that. "What are your houses" I ask, trying to change the subject quickly.

"We're all Gryffindors" Rons tongue finally grew back. "Us three" he motioned in a circle around Hermione, Harry and him, "are fifth years and Ginny is a fourth"
