She walked past a group of students taking a break from their eventful orientation at Seoul National University. Clad in a red and black dolce and gabbana suit, with strappy heels, a bag on one hand, and coffee on the other. Her hair raven black and flowing down her back, with minimal makeup, she smiled at them and walked toward the professor’s lounge.

“Whoa, who is? Please tell me she’s a professor!” A student exclaimed, watching the beautiful woman walking and getting further and further away from them.

“In fact she does. She is Professor Seo Ye Ji, she teaches Anatomy and Physiology.” Another student replied.

“She’s so beautiful.” A female student said in awe.

“Alright, guys come on. Let’s get back to our activities.” Their senior called them back to the field to resume their orientation.

Professor Seo Ye Ji, a young and established professor with a doctorate. She had countless research and scientific papers published under her name with several ongoing at the university hospital. She is also the youngest daughter of Congressman Choi Min Soo. She had a pretty colorful and normal childhood, traveling with her parents and spending time with family and friends.

At 17 years old, she fell in love with Spain and Spanish, their pronunciations and enunciations. She had a low and deep voice so she was often cautious of that but hearing Spanish being spoken and how many of the locals had deep and soothing voices made her determined to study so she did.

She applied and got into Complutense University Of Madrid, graduating with honors and continuing her Masters and Ph.D. in Seoul National University. Her family never had to worry about her nor push her, she was the type of person they knew would make something out of herself and flourish at whatever career she decided to embark on.

And indeed she did, she became one of the youngest Associate Professors and was quickly climbing to become a Professor. Not only was she a beloved daughter but her colleagues and seniors at the university, clinics, and her students were extremely fond of her. She has the effect of lighting up an entire room when she enters any room.

Her smile and positivity radiated and it made her even more beautiful and wonderful. She was on vacation for the past few weeks and it was the first day of a new school year, she was hoping to console and reassure the new batch of students. Staying up the whole night, making some slides to engage them during their first class.

She is greeted by the Head of Life Sciences, Dr. Oh. “Prof. Ye Ji, how was your vacation? Back to work again today.”

“It was great, we got to spend more time with my grandparents and niece so I miss them, but yes new year, new students.” She smiled, her heart aching a little due to missing her family.
