"So, you really think Vampires are here in Mystic Falls?" Lilith reiterated as she dropped into the old armchair of the Motel room, the brothers sitting the end of a twin bed each.

"We think they've been here a while." Sam replied. "There's been blood donations going missing and all sorts."

"So they don't kill people." Lilith pointed out, "Not randomly like in movies, so why can't we- you- just leave them be?"

"Vamps can end up going rogue-" Dean began, "the whole nest can go to crap. We've found it's best catching them before that happens."

Lilith nodded. She'd quickly decided to keep what she was from the- so it turned out- brothers, after hearing they kill all sort of non-humans... including Witches. But there was no way of them finding out about her and- well, they were cool. Like, really cool. They'd given into her persistence and bought her drinks (well, Dean had, even if they were just a weaker brand of beer) even though she was too young, they were funny and she already held a lot of trust in them.

Sure, Sanya wouldn't be the happiest if she found out- but she'd been keeping secrets, too, and if people didn't have to tell their friends everything, then Lilith saw very little issue with her choice.

"So, when do we start killing them? Or hunting, so you called it- that sounds better."

Sam blinked, "What?"

"I want to help! I know the town, the area, most people. I can help."

"No." Dean said plainly. "Absolutely not. You're going to go home and pretend none of this ever happened. I'm sure your friend will turn up."

"I can't just forget about this." Lilith replied rolling her eyes, "I'm involved now, I'm a part of this. Besides, like I said, I might come in handy!"

The brothers shared a look.

"Go home." Sam said, scribbling something down on a receipt, "But here- that's our number. If you see anything weird-" Lilith immediately decided not to mention the woods earlier that evening, because clearly whatever had happened, Sanya was involved- and she wasn't about to get her killed. Nor would what Reyna really was be too great if it was exposed. "Give us a call. Until then, keep your head down. If we need you, we'll contact you."

"Brilliant." Lilith accepted, taking the piece of paper and getting to her feet, "Well, I'll be off, then. Have a good night- if you can, in a shithole like this."

"Hey," Dean spoke up, "we've been in worse."

"Watch it out there." Sam advised, before adding quickly, "Wait- we never got your name."

"Lilith." The blonde replied with a smile, bidding them, "Happy hunting", before leaving the room and heading across the parking lot.

"They aren't wrong." Stefan said, as soon as they hear the door of the next room slam, signalling that Lilith had left. "Vampires do go rogue..."

"Oh shut up, guilty conscience. You slaughtered that village like 80 years ago, get over it." Damon said, still keeping his ears to the wall. "'Nest', my foot... like we're birds..."

"I can't believe she's helping them." Sanya said, falling back onto the bed. "She- I- who just VOLUNTEERS to murder people like that? Humans go bad, too- you don't hear of an elite force of people hunting them."

"Those are called cops."

"Dead and bloodsucking or not, Vampires are still people!" Sanya raged, which wasn't very effective, seeing as she was sprawled out on the bed and barely moving.

"Hey, Ms. Activist, we appreciate it, but you don't need to go feral on behalf of us." Damon said, and moved away from the wall. "They're going to sleep. Right, I'll go snap their necks and then we can go have a late dinner at the Grill."
