Eventually we all settled down at a table and played the Ouija board. I'm a big skeptic so I decided to be the one asking questions, since no one else seemed to want this role. Chris started joking around with Ashley until Josh snapped at them, telling them that this is 'serious'.

Does he really believe in ghosts? I mean, after what happened to his sisters I would cling onto every possibility I get to communicate with them too, I guess.

I wanted to make some jokes too, but I decided to be serious for the sake of Josh. I don't want to piss anyone off tonight, especially the host. Too bad I can't keep my mouth shut.

"Is anyone here? Any spirit or ghost? If yes, then please move this planchette we're all touching." I basically spoke to air.

Soon after I felt movement under my fingers. Everybody freaked out, (especially Ashley) while Chris was laughing.

"W-what did it say?" she asked.

"It asked us if we want a sandwich." I told her in a serious voice. Everyone seemed to look confused.

"Did really no one pay attention? It literally spelled out 'HELP'. It's a four letter word, not something indecipherable." I said while I got a glare from Josh. I sighed, knowing what he was about to say. "Sorry, I'll take this seriously, okay?"

And so we continued. "Who are you? What do you need help with?" I spoke to the air again.

Surprise, it started moving again.

"S.I.S.T.E.R., it spelled out sister." I told them in a casual tone. Someone was messing with us, for sure, but Josh became very interested.

"Who's sister?" Chris asked while looking at us.

"I have a little sister but she ain't dead so..." I said and we all looked at Josh. Chris spoke once again. "No way, dude. Someone has to be messing with us. Is it you, Pearl?"

I shot him a glare. "Of course not! I barely even know what happened here last year!"

"Guys, let's continue." Josh said seriously. We all gulped and went back to our bussines, knowing where this was heading.

"So...which sister is it?" I asked and Ashley added "Is it Hannah?"

The plachette immediately moved to yes. I sighed, knowing too well that whoever was doing this was angering Josh.

"Dude, are you serious? This is messed up!" Chris stated. Ashley was making strange whinning noises.

"Hey, it's not cool, whoever is doing this, please stop." my face grew serious as I said this. No one spoke a word, obviously. "Maybe we should stop-"

"No, I wanna hear what it says!" Josh shouted. I shook my head "Alright, so what should I say?" I asked.

"I think we should apologize..." her worried expression made everyone more anxious.

"Not to be rude, but...I don't think this is the time you should be apologizing for stealing her lunch in fifth grade." I told her, showing that I clearly wasn't believing all this ghost crap.

"N-no! Not for that! I mean apologize for the prank! Tell her we're sorry..." she avoided Josh's gaze.

"Hannah, I wanted to tell you that you're friends are very sorry for a... prank, I guess." I looked at Chris and he seemed to be mentally facepalming.

He never told me what happened here a year ago and I never really wanted to bring it up, since it wasn't his story to tell, so how is he expecting me to know what they're talking about?

"So what now? Are we expecting it to spell out 'I'm gonna get my revenge' or something?" I blurted out without wanting to since my headache was getting worse. I thought it would just go away after a few minutes but it's still persisting.

"Stop joking, you're being insensitive!" Ash scolded me.

"I'm sorry, I just- I have a bad headache, that's all. Let's continue." They all nodded.

I was about to ask another question, but then it started moving.

"B.E.T.R.A.Y.E.D., it says betrayed." I told them with a raised eyebrow.
The plachette kept moving. "K.I.L.L.E.D., killed."

I started feeling uncomfortable, knowing this is a very delicate topic.
The girl next to me started shouting.

"We didn't kill them, it was just a prank!"

Oh God, this is not good. Chris tried to calm her down but she already started crying.

I tried to say my next question as quick as possible so we can get over it already. "Hanna, who killed you?"

"L.I.B-"

"Library, there must be something in the library!" Chris intrerrupted me.

"No way, really? I thought the library killed her..." I mumbled sarcastically, feeling worse by the second.

"P.R.O.O.F., proof." I spelled it out.

"I think there's something in the library!" Chris shouted, seeming to fully believe in this.

All of a sudden, the planchette just flied off of the table, hitting me directly in the nose.

"Agh! What the hell?!" I shouted as I held my nose with my hands. "Who did that?!"

"I-it was Hanna! You made her angry with your jokes!" Ash replied, still crying. She was holding on to Chris' arm.

"Okay, I don't-" I took a deep breath, calming myself. "I don't care who threw that thing at me, I'm going to the bathroom to check my nose."

I got up and finally left that damned thing alone.

When I got into the second bathroom of the building I was fuming. Usually I don't get mad this easily, but after a 12 hour trip with the car and no sleeping at all because your family is loud as hell, I think everyone would be a little pissed.

I looked into the mirror and voila! you can officially call me Rudolph from now on.

My light-brown hair has been in a messy bun since I got here, but I don't remember it being this messy. All in all, I looked awful this whole time and no one told me. I re-arranged my hair and splashed my face with some cold water.

I went down only to find Chris and Ashley remaining. "Where's Josh?" I asked surprised.

"He...he stormed off. I think we should let him cool down a little." Chris responded while he was holding Ashley. "We're...gonna go into the library." he added and I nodded.

Of freaking course the host disappears when I need him the most! I wanted to ask if he has some medicine for my headache, but I guess I'll just continue suffering!

I began massaging my forehead in hopes of the pain going away, but nothing changed. I would've gone to sleep, but Josh didn't tell me which room is mine, freaking wonderful!

I sat down on the stairs and sighed.

"Should I just sleep on the couch?" I asked myself.

Will the others make fun of me for sleeping on the couch? Yes.
Is this headache worse than that? Definitely yes.

I grabbed my jacket and took off my boots, making myself comfortable on the couch. I covered myself in my good for nothing piece of clothing and finally closed my eyes.

Should I just go looking for Josh instead? Well, I guess it's too late now.

My mind slowly faded away, along with my thoughts and lastly, I fell asleep.

---------

When I could hear my thoughts again, I came to the conclusion that I was awake, but when I opened my eyes, it seemed like I was in a nightmare.

In front of me was someone with a mask creepier than the others I saw today and the person seemed to be watching me sleep.
