The sun was out, and it was about noon when Tommy burst into Tubbo's room. "Hey! Are you still sleeping—" Tommy froze when he saw   Tubbo sitting in the middle of his bed, staring blankly into space. "Tubbo?"

Tubbo blinked and looked at Tommy, "Oh.. Morning!" He smiled.

"What were you thinking about?" Tommy asked. Tubbo completely ignored his question.

"It looks like a nice day today." He walked past Tommy.

"Hey, why are you wearing that? I thought you said it was covered in diseases or something." Tommy followed Tubbo.

"I was wrong. It's very nice." Tubbo said simply, walking outside.

"Aren't you hungry?" Tommy caught up to walk beside Tubbo.

Tubbo turned and smiled at Tommy, which gave him the chills. "Nope! I'm okay, thank you."

"You're acting weird."

"No, I'm not." Tubbo laughed.

Tubbo started to collect cobblestone, with Tommy following him. Tommy tried to ask him questions about what he's doing, but was only met with silence or Tubbo changing the subject.

"We need blaze rods."

Tubbo returned home, dropped off the cobblestone. "I'm going to the nether." He told Tommy and started to head off.

"Whoawhoawhoa, Tubbo!" Tommy got up, "You've been acting weird all day. You've collected like, a million blocks of cobblestone. And now you're just heading to the nether with no gear??"

Tubbo nodded, "That's right. I'll be back soon." Tubbo left, ignoring Tommy who was yelling at him.

Tubbo skipped all the way to the nether portal he and his friends made a while ago. Hopping through with no hesitation, the voice guided him to the nearest fortress.

Normally, Tubbo would be very suspicious of a random voice in his head, telling him to do very strange things. But as of now, the voice made Tubbo feel relaxed and comfortable.

"Left."

Tubbo stopped walking and turned to his left. Sure enough, there was the blaze spawner. Tubbo smiled to himself and camped by the spawner, taking out any blaze that came out of it.

He didn't know how much time had passed, but soon the voice told him to stop. Tubbo obeyed, counting the rods he had collected. Twenty. "Is that enough?"

"It is enough."

Tubbo nodded. Collecting his blaze rods, he made his way back to the portal with the voice's guidance.

Tubbo jumped through the portal, and waited a little bit. "What do I call you?" Tubbo asked the voice. The voice was silent for a solid ten seconds before it spoke.

"Go home."

Tubbo blinked and continued to walk home. When Tubbo walked into his house, Tommy was gone. He was alone.

Tubbo went to his room and carefully laid out the blaze rods, and then set down a few cobblestones. "What do I need to do?" He asked.

"Leave them out for now."

Tubbo nodded, "Okay." He stared down at what he had collected, silently. "What now?"

"Take a rest."

"Okay." Tubbo let out a sigh of relief. He didn't realize before, but his legs were still extremely sore from his fall the other day, and walking all day didn't help. "Ow." He mumbled and then climbed onto his bed.

He laid on his back, contemplating on removing the mask while he slept. Tubbo decided against it, the thought of removing it gave him a feeling of dread, and anxiousness.

Tubbo quite liked it. He smiled, moving it away from his face so he could see a little clearer. "What a lucky find!" He chirped.

"Very lucky."

Tubbo closed his eyes, "Lucky.. lucky.." He repeated under his breath, slowly falling asleep.

***

Tubbo opened his eyes, blinking. He wasn't in his room anymore. Sitting up, Tubbo looked around. "Where am I?"

A pair of bright and worried eyes stared at him from the shadows. "You have to get rid of it!" They spoke, "It brings nothing but danger!"

Tubbo blinked, yelping when the creatures in the shadows crawled out. Their movements were jittery, and even in the ought, their entire body was pitch black. They reached out for him, "Destroy it!" They pleaded.

Right before the creature could reach the terrified Tubbo, a tall figure stepped between the two. Tubbo squinted his eyes to try and make out who was there. The figure held out a sword, and they stood in front of Tubbo, protectively.

"You are wrong." They said to the creature. Tubbo's eyes widened when he recognized the voice. "You are the dangerous one here."

The creature stared at the other man in terror. It looked down at Tubbo, it's eyes wide. "Do not listen to him. He brings nothing but danger."

Tubbo held his breath, shuffling away. There was the faint scream of someone, who also sounded familiar to Tubbo, in the distance.

***

Tubbo woke up with a scream. He sat up, trying to catch his breath. His heart was pounding, and he was sweating. "What in the world?" He whispered.

"They are wrong."

Tubbo's nervousness faded away when he heard the voice. With a nod, Tubbo laid back down. "They are wrong." He repeated.
