Chapter 12

Seto's POV

I walked towards the library. Another warning just gives me more worries. It's really stressing me out.

I walked passed Baki's room, strange thing was that i heard sobbing and crying. I stopped to hear where it come from. Strangely from Baki's room.

I knocked on the door "Baki?" No reply. I opened the door slowly, to my surprise it was Bodil crying. The worst part of all was that Baki was lying on the ground in front of him. He wasn't moving at all.

"Bodil! What happened?" I asked him. He turned his head towards me. I could see he was bawling his eyes.

"B-Baki..." I looked over him at Baki's body. I kneeled beside Bodil to inspect his body. I checked if he still has a pulse.

After a few seconds i started to lose hope, thinking he was gone. But suddenly i felt his faint pulse. My eyes started to sparkle hope. I started to smile and said: "He's alive."

Bodil looked at me with a confused expression. But it seems like after a few seconds he got the message and smiled.

Baki's pulse was a little more fainter. I frowned at that. He needs to go to the hospital now.

I took him bridal style and left the room. Bodil's smile turned upside down knowing what is happening. He ran after me desperate to see if his friend is alright.

I carried Baki to the hospital with a Bodil running behind me. I told the receptionist it was an emergency. Baki was sent into one of the rooms as quick as possibly.

Me and Bodil stayed outside the door waiting for some news. Bodil was nervously pacing back and forth making me nervous too.

The time kept ticking and the more i wait the more worried i become. It was a painful 30 minutes until the doctor came outside the room, sharing the news.

"I have good news: He's gonna be ok." He said.

I felt relieved to hear that. Bodil must too. I guess he was speechless to hear his friend is ok. But finally he spoke up.

"Thank you" Were his only words. He soon walked through the corridors to the exit, leaving me alone with the doctor.

"Can i see him?" I asked the doctor. He nodded and stepped aside making a way for me through the door.

I walked in the room to see a Baki lying down on the bed. I walked towards him and looked around for what it could've caused this. Something caught my eye. It was his neck.

"What's this?" I asked the doctor.

"It's a red mark around his neck. Mostly cause by hanging yourself."

Hanging yourself. It kept echoing in my head. Did he really do it? Or was he strangled.

"Thank you for taking care of him." I said.

I quickly left the hospital to go back to the castle. I'm gonna investigate his room. Oh boy what things will i find?

Vienne's POV

Today was the day i would leave the hospital. I checked myself out in the reception and stepped out of the door.

Fresh air blew into my face. God it was so windy. I put my hood on so my hair won't fly everywhere.

I walked my way to the castle. I took a shortcut that Dawn showed me yesterday. It was pretty quiet. And cold. I put my hands in my pocket because it was getting colder. Strange, it wasn't this cold yesterday.

I was shivering while i walked through the shortcut. I could even see my breath. The further i walked, the colder it become.

It came to the point of freezing cold. This is too strange. I started to run, hopefully getting my warmth back. My steps echoed through the alleys.

I was panting. Running hard through the alley. Wishing this is the end of the alley. I started to lose hope when i finally saw light. The end. Yes!

I ran out of the alley. Suddenly it felt warm. I was panting hard. I'm never gonna take that shortcut ever again!

I walked into the castle. The first person who greeted me was Dawn.

"Hey Vienne! You're finally discharged?"

"Yea."

"Cool! Mitch too! But he's still there with Jerome. He's still not awake."

"Not yet? Hopefully he'll wake up soon."

"Yea..."

I said my good byes to Dawn and walked to Seto's room.

"I really don't like staircases." I muttered under my breath.

Finally in front of Seto's door i opened it and surprisingly Seto was there. Seto looked towards me and gave me a surprised look.

"Vienne? Your discharged already?"

"Yep."

"Good. Because i'm gonna call a meeting when Jerome wakes up." His tone began to be more serious. I nodded and walked in the room. Seto was sitting on his desk reading a book that was written in ancient runes. Ancient rune is the old language of Minecraftia. It slowly tansformed into the language we know today, english. But historic people wants to keep this language so they write books in Ancient runes.

On his desk was also a rope, a box and a strand of hair in a little bag. I wondered why he had these things but i'd question him later.

I opened my bag and took my sketch book out, grabbed a pencil and walked towards Seto.

"Is it ok if i sit next to you?" I asked him. He nodded. I took a chair and sat next to him. I continued drawing Bodil and Seto. I added Mitch and Tyler to the picture. It was almost done.

Mitch's POV

I was in the hospital. Waiting for Jerome to wake up. Hoping for Jerome to wake up.

It was taking way to long. Jerome should've woken up like an hour ago. But he's still sleeping. Is he....in a coma? No it can't be.

I silently listened to the beeping of the heart monitor. It was the only sound i heard. Along with Jerome's breathing.

I sighed. I was kind of bored. But i need to wait for him. I have to. Looking through my pocket, i was searching for something to entertain me. There was nothing.

Suddenly i heard i crash of a window. I looked at the window and saw a guy in a black cloak. He jumped in the room.

"Hey what are you doing here?" He smirked at me.

He slowly raised his hand to grab his hood. Slowly, he pulled it off. Now i know who that guy is. It's Max.

"Max go away!"

"Not until i get my prize." He jumped in the air and launched an attack. as quick as i am i dodged it.

He reached for something. I don't know what. But when he finally pulled his hand from his back i saw it. He has a sword.

I grabbed my diamond sword and embraced myself for his attack. He swinged the sword to the left. I blocked it. He broke my block and swinged further. I jumped back to dodge it. This time i'll attack.

I did a low kick and he tripped. He grabbed my leg and made me fall. He stood up pretty quickly and ran to Jerome. I stood up to stop him.

Just on time i grabbed him. But he grabbed Jerome. He spanked my hand away from his jacket and waved good bye. Suddenly he disappeared into millions of tiny particles. Jerome was with him.

"Sir what's wrong?" A nurse said coming in.

I just stared at the place where Max used to be. And he is now gone. Along with Jerome. No...

"Sir?"

"They...They took him..."
