i smile at my phone and look at the boarding board. my zone is next. i grab my suitcase and put my backpack on the handle part of the case.

"zone three, please start boarding." i hear over the intercom. i stand and get in line, pulling out my boarding pass.

"Y/N L/N?" The person asks.

"yeah that's me." I say. they nod and i start walking down the hall thing to get on the plane. i finally step on the plane and go to find my seat in the back. i finally find aisle 34 and there's a really cute guy sitting in the aisle seat. i tap his shoulder and he stands up, and actually helps me put my suitcase up. i sit in my seat and put the backpack under the seat in front of me. the boy sits back down next to me.

"hey i'm clay." the boy- clay- says.

"hi, im Y/N." i smile at him.

"where ya heading?" he asks.

"i'm going to texas to meet my friend." i answer.

"cool, me too, actually." he grins.

"oh cool! hey, do you want some gum?" i offer.

"damn, does my breath smell that bad?" clay jokes.

"no, dumbass, i heard it helps with ear popping or something." i said without thinking.

"oh my god." clay started wheezing and he kinda sounded like a kettle pot?

"i'm so sorry i didn't mean it like that-" i started laughing.

"it's- it's okay-" he said between laughter. we were laughing and talking so much that we didn't realize the plane had taken off.

"hey, do you wanna watch a movie with me?" he asks.

"yeah, let's do it." i respond. he puts on deadpool and we watch that for the rest of the plane ride, and he even let me rest my head on his shoulder. the plane landed and we walked off together, going to baggage claim. i texted nick.

i shut off my phone and grabbed my other bag and just waited for a bit until i heard someone call my name.

"N/N!" i heard and turned around.

"nick!" i exclaimed and started running. i jumped into his arms.

"oh my god Y/N i'm so glad your here i missed you so much oh my god." he held me tighter.

"nick what the hell i missed you more." i started tearing up, and finally let go after a few minutes.

"oh yeah, this is the guy i was telling you about-" nick started before i saw a familiar face.

"clay?"
