There Secret

Chapter 2

This is what Romeo is going to be wearing

ROMEO POV

I woke up to the sunlight shining through the curtains. I open my eyes and shut them, blinking multiple times to adjust my eyes to the light coming through. Once I open my eyes I look down to see Wendy asleep on top of me. Some of her hair was covering her face so I lift up my hand and brush the hair out of her face. I sit there just relaxing not wanting to wake her. A few minutes later she starts to stir. "Good morning. Sleep well?" I ask her. "Yeah. You are super comfy." She said groggily. I chuckle at her response and go to sit up but she stops me. "No to comfy." she says still half asleep. "Wen we have to go meet the client soon." I tell her. "Fine." she says finally getting off me allowing me to get up. "Good girl." I say with a chuckle. I get up and kiss her cheek. "Alright you start cooking and i'll get our stuff together." I tell her. "Okay." she says as she makes her way to the kitchen.

Time Skip

I finish packing as soon as Wendy calls me to eat. I walk to the kitchen and sit down at the table. Wendy places a plate of pancakes in front of me. "Thanks Wen" I tell her. "No problem." she says as she sits down across from me. We eat and start talking about the job we took. Once we finish eating we set out towards the train station to get to the clients house. Once we got on the train and took our seats we waited for the train to depart. Once the train departed I felt a weight hit my shoulder. I looked over and saw Wendy, she looked horrible. I guess she forgot her motion sickness medicine. I thought. I pulled her head down on to my lap to let her rest easier. Once I did she blushed and looked up at me confused. "I've seen Lucy do this for Natsu, he says it helps him" I tell her. She nods her head and tries to go to sleep. I rub her head to try and help her. She falls asleep a few moments later leaving me alone with my thoughts. I start thinking about the job we took and how we don't have to pretend to not be in a relationship for a month. I'm broken from my thoughts when a person taps my shoulder. I look up to see a man with black hair and a women with white hair next to him. "Hi do you mind if we sit here there aren't any other seats available." he asks pointing to the seats across from me in the booth. I hadn't realized we reached another stop. "Not at all go ahead." I tell him. He thanks me and they sit down across from me. "So who's the girl in your lap?" The women asks me. "I look down at Wendy. I forgot she was there for a second. "Oh this is my girlfriend Wendy. She gets motion sickness and this helps." I tell her. "Oh forgive me we didn't introduce ourselves my name is Asta and this is Noelle." The man now named Asta introduced himself. " It's alright my name is Romeo." I tell them. "So where are you two going, you seem a little young to be traveling on your own?" Noelle asks. "We're part of a guild and we're going to our clients house." I say. "Oh what guild are you apart of?" Asta asks "We're apart if the fairy tail guild." I tell him. I feel the train start to slow down and notice that we're approaching our station. I look down towards Wendy and start shaking her gently. "Hey Wen we're about to reach our station." I tell her. "I don't want to your to warm." she says still half asleep. I blush remembering that there are two people sitting in front of us. "Come on Wen people are looking" I say embarrassed. She finally fully wakes up and looks around her and see the two looking over at us. She blushes and curls up into a ball hiding her face. "Haha it's alright s it's nothing to be embarrassed about." Noelle says. She looks up and looks over at the two and uncurls herself from her ball pose and sits there still slightly blushing realizing people saw her like that. I felt the train stop and realized we had reached our stop. I stood up and looked at Wendy. "This is our stop. Come on." I told her holding out my hand. She took my hand and pulled herself up. We grabbed our luggage and started to leave the train after waving bye to Asta and Noelle. Once off the train we started walking to our clients house with our luggage forgetting we were holding hands. Once we reach the house I go to pull my hand up to knock on the door when I realized there was another hand with mine. I looked to Wendy and laughed while releasing her hand. It just feels so natural holding her hand. Once I let go of her hand I knocked on the door. A moment later the same maid from yesterday answered the door. "Ah I see you have returned come the master is expecting you." She told us leading us in to the house. We followed her to the office where she knocked on the door. We heard a faint "come in" from the other side of the door before she opened it. We walked in and saw the entire family, when Haru saw us he smiled  and said "Hello I see you are ready to start." "Yes we are. You leave tonight right?" Wendy asks "Yes we are, but first let's go over a few things." He says. We nod telling him to continue. "It is up to you two to make sure they eat there food, do there work, and don't get hurt. They have a few friends who might come over while we are gone. They are a family right down the road i'll have them come over tomorrow and introduce themselves to you. Now i'll have one of our maids show you to your room." He said. A maid walked in to the office and told us to follow her. She led us down a hall to a huge door. And when I say huge I mean almost as big as the guild doors. "This will be your room for your stay." she says before she turns and leaves. I look at the door then towards Wendy who is looking at me. I shrug and push the doors open. I was not prepared. The room was HUGE! It was at least as big as Lucy's entire apartment. I walk in and look around. In the middle of the room was a giant king size bed. The floor was carpeted. There was a nightstand on each side of the room. Across from the bed was a small table with a few chairs around it. I saw another door and walked towards. It was a bathroom with a giant bathtub and a shower next to it. I walked back out to see Wendy sprawled out on the bed saying something about how comfy the bed is. I walked over to her and just looked on in amusement as she was enjoying the bed. I laughed at her antics and she looked up at pouting. "Hey why are you laughing?" she asked me. This caused me to laugh more which intensified her pout. "You are way too adorable." I told her between laughs. This made her blush a little and start hitting my chest. "Don't just say stuff like that." I caught her hands and pushed her back on the bed pinning her arms above her head. I leaned toward her ear and whispered "Why does it embarrass you when I call you cute. Cause I'm not going to stop. I love seeing the way you blush when I compliment you." I lean back to see her face is bright red and she's avoiding eye contact. I move her arms so i'm holding both of them with one hand and used my other to grab her chin and make her look at me. I lean down and softly kiss her. She is at first surprised but melts into it and starts to kiss back. After a moment or two I pull back and look down and see her with a blush on her face but not as bad as before. "That wasn't fair you surprised me" she says pouting. "Next time you can surprise me." I say as I stand up releasing her arms. She sits up in the bed and hides her still blushing face in her hands. "Come on we should go see Haru and Ellie off." I tell her. She nods and stands up uncovering her face. I grab her hand and lead her down the hallway towards the entrance. We reached the front door to see Haru and Ellie with there bags about to leave. "Hello Haru, Ellie are you about to leave?" I ask them. "Yes we are the limo is pulling up now." Ellie said. "Alright kids we are going to be gone for a while so be good for Romeo and Wendie okay?" Haru tells the kids. They all nod to show they understand. "Alright we'll be leaving now Wendy, Romeo take care of them for us okay." Ellie says. We nod and she and Haru walk out the door. We walk over to the kids and Wendy asks "Alright it's almost dinner time so is there anything in particular you want?" almost instantly they all say "CHICKEN NUGGETS!" while Denki just mumbles unintelligible things. Wendy and I both laugh at how i sync they are. "Alright i'll go make the food. Romeo you find something to do with them while I do." Wendy says as she walks towards the kitchen. I turn to the kids "Alright so what do you guys want to do?" I ask. "Can you show us your magic now?" Katsuki asks excitedly. "Alright but not in here can you take me to a your yard so I don't damage anything?" I ask them they nod and lead me out the door. Once we're outside they lead me to an open field. "Alright so what exactly do you want to see?" I ask them. "Something big and awesome." Katsuki says. "Ok I have an idea." I say as I walk away from them. I summon my purple fire and shape it into a giant dragon. "Woah" I hear from the kids. "You think that's cool come over here." I tell them. They walk towards me and stop infront of me and the dragon. I pick up Katsuki and go to put him on the dragon. "Wait what are you doing isn't fire hot?!" he says "Relax I can control the temperature of my flames" I tell him as I put him on the dragon. I do the same to the others except Denki for obvious reasons. "Alright hold on i'm going to make him fly a little okay?" I tell them they nod there heads and hold on. I make the creature fly a few feet off the ground for a few minutes before I make it land. "Alright we should head in Wendy probably has dinner ready by now." I tell them as I shrink the dragon till there feet are on the ground. I make the dragon disappear as we head back into the house. We walk through the door to the kitchen to see Wendy with an apron on finishing up the chicken. I sneak up behind Wendy and wrap my arms around her waist causing her to jump slightly. "Hey Wen is food ready?" I ask hugging her from behind. "Don't scare me like that Romeo, but yes the food is just about ready could you set the table?" she asks me. "Sure no problem." I tell her as I kiss her cheek and go to set the table. I set the table as Wendy brings the food in. We all sit at the table while Denki sits on a high chair. We all start to eat while Wendy feeds Denki. "You know you would make a great mom." I tease her as I see her blush. "Hey not funny. But I bet you would be an even better dad." she tells me. I know she's trying to tease me but it doesn't really effect me so I just laugh it off. She pouts at the fact that her teasing didn't get the reaction she wanted. Once we finished eating we brought the children upstairs to prepare them for bed. When there all ready for bed we tuck them in and say goodnight. We leave there rooms and take Denki to his nursery to change him and put him in his crib. Once everyone is in there bed Wendy and I head to our room. As soon as we get in bed I feel Wendy climb on top of me and lay her head down on my chest to relax. "I had a lot of fun today" I say. "Yeah it was this is going to be a fun month" she says groggily as she is already drifting to sleep "Goodnight Wen" I say "Goodnight Romeo" she says before drifting off to sleep. I kiss the top of her head and let sleep overtake me.

Time Skip

It was the middle of the night when I was woken up from hearing glass break. I sit up and look to Wendy who also woke up. We nod and exit our room running to where we heard the sound. We reach the hallway outside of Denki's room where we see a person dressed in black holding Denki. We stop and look at him and he looks at us ready to attack all of a sudden I hear a thud and turn to see Wendy being held to the ground by another person. "Hehe seems like the only people here are some kids." the one holding Denki says. "Yeah and this girl is kinda cute maybe after we take care of the boy we could have some fun with her." the one holding Wendy says with a laugh. This caused Wendy to start thrashing with tears in her eyes. When I heard this it sent one feeling and only one feeling through my body. Pure. Rage. I snapped and released my full magic power I kept hidden along with a bit of killer intent with it. The amount of magical pressure and killer intent froze the two men in place. "You lay a hand on her and you will never see the light of day again. Give me the baby and get out of this house. Tell the person that sent you here that if he ever messes with these people again he will have he'll to pay." I say with such venom in my voice that it puts Ezra to shame. The two men quickly give me a now crying Denki and quickly run out of the house. Once I calm myself and Denki and stop releasing my magic I turn to Wendy to see her ready to cry. I walk over to her and kneel on the ground enveloping her in a hug to calm her down. She just sits there with her head buried in my chest bawling her eyes out. "Hey it's okay there was no way I was going to let them do anything to you." I tell her in a soft voice. "I know I was just so scared." she says between sobs. We sit there in the hug just letting her let her emotions out. After a few moments she calms down and stands back up. "Alright let's put Denki back in his crib and then we're going to talk about what you just did." Wendy says to me. Shit. I thought. I sighed and stood up "There's no getting out of this is there?" I ask. "Nope" she says as she takes Denki from me and places him in his crib. We walk back to our room and sit on the bed "Alright now explain" Wendy says "Alright so the thing is i'm not exactly fully human-" "What!?" Wendy says interrupting me. "Let me explain" I tell her. She nods. "Alright so my mom was never around when I was a kid. And the reason was that she was a demon of Zeref. My dad didn't know about this and he still doesn't. I took after both of them so i'm half demon and half human. I only know of this because my mom left a note for me telling me about this." I say. I look over to see Wendy in shock. "It's alright if you want to break up with me I understand" I say only to feel myself in a warm embrace. I look down to see Wendy with her arms around me. "Don't say that it doesn't matter what you are your still my Romeo and that doesn't change so don't think i'll leave you just because of this. I love you too much to do that." she says with tears in her eyes. As soon as those words leave her mouth and feel like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I started to break down right there. "Oh thank god. You don't know how scared I was of losing you after I told you this. I thought you would be disgusted to be with someone like me." I say as I cry while holding onto her. We stay like that for a few moments before Wendy let's go of the embrace. "If your a demon does that mean you have horns and things like that?" she asks. "Yeah I can hide them though so it helps not to stand out. Do you want to see them?" I ask her. She nods. I feel my horns poke through my skull as they grow and my tail and wings start to sprout my eyes turn red with black slits in them and my canines grow longer. "Wow" she says as my demon features finish coming out. "Yeah pretty cool huh?" I say as she keeps looking at my new features. "Can I touch them?" she asked. "Go right ahead" I tell her as I lean my head down so she can fell my horns. She reaches up and starts to gently trace my horns from base to tip. She does this for another few minutes while also playing with my tail. "We should probably go to sleep we have to take care of the kids tomorrow." I tell her as she lets out a yawn. "Alright but since you have more power and you use fire can you make yourself warmer so it's comfier? Please?" she asks with puppy dog eyes. Dammit she knows I can't resist it when she does that. I think. "Alright I can do that." I say with a sigh as my demonic features go back to my body. We get into bed and I raise my body temperature so it's comfortable. She immediately snuggles up to me and let's out a sigh of comfort. I roll my eyes at this and start to fall asleep. "Goodnight Wen" I say but she's already asleep so I just let it go and fell asleep.

Sorry for not uploading to anyone who even reads this. Also if anyone does read this can you give me a nickname for Wendy to use for Romeo.
