There Secret

Chapter 4

Romeo POV

It's the morning after the sleepover and i'm just waking up. I open my eyes and see my wings wrapped around Wendy. I smile and move Wendy off me so I can get ready. I try not to wake her up but that wasn't happening. She opens her eyes and sees me and gives me a quick kiss. "Good morning Akuma." she says half asleep. I get up and hide my demon features. "Morning Wen." I say as I stretch. I look over to Wendy and see her bright red staring at me. Confused, I look down and see my shirt is gone. I remember. My wings tore it off. "Ha like what you see?" I ask her. She blushes harder and tries to stutter out a response but ultimately fails. I laugh harder and walk over to her. I lean down and kiss her to break her out of her trance. "You should like what you see cause i'm all yours." I tell her. She's still red but she nods and jumps on me in a hug. "Good cause your mine and nobody else's." she says still hugging me. "I love you Wen." I tell her. "And I love you my Akuma." She says as we lean in for a kiss. Before we meet for a kiss there's a knock at the door. Annoyed that we were interrupted I yell. "What?!" There's a small noise on the other side of the door. "Everyone's awake I came to wake you guys up." Lucy says from the other side. "Alright we'll be out in a minute." I say back. I sigh in annoyance and look back to Wendy. She's looking down with a blush on her face. I grab her chin and make her look me in the eyes "We'll continue this later" I say with a wink. She nods and runs off quickly to get ready. I laugh at this and get ready. After we're ready we head out to see everyone except the kids at the table. "Hey are the kids up yet?" I ask. They all look over to me and shake there heads. I nod and go to wake them up. I first head to Izuku's room to wake him up but am surprised to see all the kids sprawled out on his bed with Glaciel sleeping with Denki holding on to him. I look at this and laugh silently seeing them sprawled out like this. I wake them all up and tell them to get ready while I take Denki and Glaciel hops up on my shoulders to continue sleeping. I bring Denki to his nursery to change him. After changing him I bring him to the kitchen to feed him. I reach the kitchen and go to the fridge and grab a bottle for him. While i'm feeding him I see the other kids come out and sit at the table with everyone. I go and sit down and wait for breakfast. "Hey Romeo your doing pretty good at fulfilling this parenting role." Lucy says. "Well yeah I have some experience. I took some babysitting jobs as my first few quests." I tell her. She nods understanding. A few minutes later Wendy, Ezra, and Levy come out with enough food for an army, or three Natsu's. They set the food down and we all start eating. After we finish eating we all head to the guild. As we're walking to the guild I think back to the sleepover and one thought comes to mind. How did me and Wendy not get found out. Ignoring this thought we continue on our way to the guild. Once we reach the guild we walk in and it seems that Gramps has an announcement. We walk to a table and sit down waiting for him to talk. "Hello everyone. I have called you all to attention to inform you of a request from the magic council. There has been a report of a human like creature with wings flying around in the night. It has been seen going in to and leaving an apartment." Internally i'm screaming right now panicking. "We do know who's apartment this is." shitshitshitshitshitshitshitshit! SHIT!! "This apartment belongs to Romeo Conbolt and Wendy Marvel. So you two do you have any info on this?" he asks us with a stern face. I'm sweating bullets and am about to run out of the guild but as i'm about to run I feel arms wrap around me. "Romeo it's ok. Everything will be ok you know they won't judge you and kick you out. They will accept you. Even if they don't I do. So don't be scared." she whispers to me. I sigh and hug her back as I let my features come out. I hear gasps of shock as people see my features. I look up at Gramps and say "Yeah we know the creature." "R-romeo? How are you doing this?" I hear my dad ask "To put it simply i'm not fully human. I'm part demon." I tell them. I look around and see people looking at me in shock and some in slight fear. "How are you part demon aren't your parents human?" Gramps asks. "Well the truth is even my dad doesn't know. My mom was demon of Zeref." I tell them. Dad looks surprised and hurt that he didn't know this. "So what are you going to do now am I going to be turned in to the magic council?" I ask. When I say this I feel Wendy's arms tighten around me. I pat her head in hopes of calming her down at least a little. "What are you saying your still a member of Fairy Tail and that doesn't change. It doesn't matter if you are a demon, you are still Romeo Conbolt." I look at him in slight shock. I mean i'm a demon is it wrong to think he wouldn't accept me. "But that arises a question. If you were hiding the fact that you are a demon, is there anything else your hiding?" Gramps asks. Now i'm debating wether or not I tell them my full power. I decide why the hell not. "There is another thing. Being a demon comes with another great thing and that's a lot of magical power. As of right now I keep about 98% of my power hidden." I tell them nonchalantly. There all surprised at how I can say something like that so easily. "Yeah right. Stop lying brat, am I really supposed to believe that you have enough magic power to beat a wizard saint. You probably couldn't beat me." Laxus calls from the second floor. I mumble under my breath something about him being arrogant. "Fine who else doesn't believe me when I said that about my magical power?" I ask everyone. Most of the guild raises there hand. I sigh and say "Alright follow me i'll give you a demonstration." I tell them as I walk outside. Wendy had let go of me a little while ago. I'm outside the guild hall and I'm standing in an open clearing facing the lake. "Alright so how can I prove to you guys?" I think aloud. Then I get an idea after I see a certain pink head. "Alright I have an idea. Thanks Natsu." I say. He looks confused so I tell him "Just watch." I walk in front of the lake and breath in a lot of air. "Fire Dragon.." Everyone looks confused for a second but that confusion turns to shock at the next thing I do "..ROAR" I scream letting out a large amount of flames maybe 4 times bigger than Natsu's. The best part is Natsu's flames are an orange red but mine came out as a pale blue meaning they were hotter. Everyone was shocked I could use one of Natsu's spells and make it stronger. "ROMEO?! How did you do that?!" Natsu shouts at me confused. "I have the ability to use any form of fire magic but more powerful." I tell him. "Also my flames can't be eaten by slayer magic like yours." I add on. "Alright so you can make a big spell. Doesn't make you strong. How about a fight? You and me." Laxus says still confident. "I'll do you one better. You and two others. Your pick." I tell him. "Alright. Erza, Mira let's go your joining in." he says "Alright i'm in. I want to see how I compare to that power he displayed." Erza says. "I'll join but how about we make a bet Romeo?" Mira asks. "Sure why not." I say. "Okay if we win you have to ask Wendy on a date." she says excitedly. "And if I win?" I ask not fazed by what she said. "You can become an S-class wizard." she says confidently. "Alright. Harder missions. More money." I say ready for a fight. I look over to the crowd to see everyone whispering things like "3 S-classes against a kid? isn't this a little unfair?" and "Do you think Romeo will be ok?" I completely ignore these and look over to see Wendy with a look of worry on her face and the kids with a look of happiness that they get to see me fight. I walk over to Wendy and pat her head. "Hey have some faith in me. I'm going to win and show them how strong I am. So cheer for me okay?" I say with a smile. She smiles and nods "Alright. Go out there and show them who's boss." she says with an adorable smile. I can't help but chuckle and walk on to the open field "Hey gramps could you start the match." I ask him. He nods and walks to the center of the field. "Ready? Begin!" Immediately Laxus charges me with his fist coated in lightning. He throws a heavy punch at me but I just swat it away like it's a fly. I then jump up and spin and roundhouse kick him in the chest probably breaking a few ribs. Once Laxus flies away Mira goes in to her satan soul and charges a blast. She fires it at me but I just coat my hand in fire and punch it dispelling the magic. Then in the blink of an eye i'm in front of her with my fist imbedded in her stomach. She flies back and spits up some blood from the impact. Erza requipped in to her fire empress armor and summons her water sword. She charges at me and swings her own sword but I summon my own and block it.
