Marcel didn't know what to do. Everybody believed the epidemic of dead doctors only had to do with that they were treating cancer effectively and/ or found evidence that vaccines was engineered to destroy our immune system and develop autism, lyme, chronique fatige syndrom, neurological diseases, cancer and more, the list included everything.

He remembered when they found his friend Jeffrey, shot dead in a river in Florida. Marcel had just seen him a week before he took off to Mexico looking for a lost emerald tablet that was said to reveal where the portals to other dimensions was on earth. Jeffrey had contacted him on an unlisted number saying his life was in danger, the FDA had raided his office that day and that he had found something that would shake the world. He was going to send him documents since he was followed and tapped with some of his colleagues working with him. They never made it and was reported missing. Only two days later another doctor was found dead in Florida.

Marcel offered to investigate and protect the families, friends and other doctors. He had many friends within security and long experience as bodyguards to both criminals and politicians, often the same thing. You didn't want to hire the wrong people as bodyguards, succeed in politics by chance. They were in the same secret clubs since college and then skull and bones, Cap and Gown. There were for instance many pictures of Obama and Gates together even Angela Merkel and Theresa May as young. There were no coincidences. (BORT??)

Dr. Hedendal, was found dead in his car right after. A friend told Marcel he was in great shape. He also had a visit from the FDA just before. They seemed really scared of something? Baron Holt was up next, he too a 33 year old father and holistic doctor, supposedly of a drug overdose.

He remembered with sadness that he had to leave Anna. They had just fallen in love and she said he was a jerk and a player. He didn't blame her.  It was for the best. The trails lead to the police and military itself. As a special force soldier he knew a wet- op when he saw one. But they were only executing orders from above. The problem was, not all of them were involved in the findings of Nagalaze or a cure for cancer but most of them were Christians engaged in the Church helping homeless and orphan's. They disappeared and once and a while turned up without organs. The Cartel had found another lucrative business besides coke, since China had taken over the meth-amphetamine business and flooded the market and dumped the prices, just like the Rotchilds did on Asia with opium.

When Dr. Sievers , known as "Mother Teresa of South Florida was killed he went to the family she left behind for clues. Her sister said they had just been in Connecticut for a family gathering and her sister flew home early to work. She was also involved in charity.

Another MD, Jeffrey Whiteside disappeared while vacationing with family on the same day. He was on foot and vanished without a trace. Patrick Fitzpatrick MD goes missing while traveling from North Dakota to Montana. His truck and trailer were found on the side of the road. A week later Dr. Lisa Riley is found shot in her head. A few days after Dr. Ron Schwartz was shot. The day after that on July 21, 2015 – Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez, a holistic MD, dies suddenly. The same day another holistic doctor is also found dead They both allegedly died of heart attacks, though their friends and family insist that doesn't add up and they had perfect health. Rumour said they worked with something called GcMAF.

Marcels friend said it was a complex protein, initiating and regulating important cellular and neurological functions, especially one activating macrophages that attacks viruses, tumours, antigens and other unwanted cells.

An enzyme called Nagalaze stopped the production of Gc Maf and thereby it's ability to fight cancer. The question was, where did that enzyme come from?

Somehow people with low immune system lacked GcMaf that made them predisposed for cancer.
